It was my favorite courier, at least for deliveries. Then something went wrong, if something is unclear the couriers do not call you, even from the office, the site does not go to change the delivery. The phones are always busy, after 10 times they answer you and 2 out of 3 of a monstrous stunt, hang up that you're still talking. What sadness.

My parcel has been in the Sedriano branch since 03 April and despite having solicited several times via email and telephone, this morning I receive a confirmation email for today's delivery. Too bad I received another delivery change today: this a few minutes ago.
I also pointed out that it is a particular feed for my dog that having a particular pathology I need to receive this order as soon as possible. I feel really teased.

Parcel delivered, I stay planted at home for 2 days and no one delivers, but on the second day they falsely claim not to have found me. Talking to them on the phone is a challenge (about half an hour of trying each time between busy, silent phone call or endless wait with ivr that in the end tells you that they cannot answer), and they also treat with disdain. On the third day I call again at 8:30 explaining that either they deliver by 12 or they can't find me. Until some time ago Brt was one of the few serious and reliable couriers ... lately it has been getting worse and worse they have even lost a parcel that was delivered in tracking !!!! Although she went to the branch in person and I was told that the package is not known where it ended, if I go to check the tracking they continue to reschedule the delivery for the next day !!!!! I don't know what they are doing, but if the package has been lost I don't understand how they can deliver it !!!! Very disappointed by all this but also by the fact that they make you stay at home waiting for a delivery that does not arrive and that they tell you only at the end of the day that the delivery was not possible !!!!! on several occasions I had to complain about the bad service offered at least by the Savona branch. Since I often use deliveries and transport by courier I have long since abandoned BRT to ship, now I have also proceeded to prohibit correspondents (Amazon and others) from using this courier, no longer accepting deliveries if sent by BRT.

First with delivery from 9.30 to 13.30 (4 hours)? nobody came.

I received a call from a man who refused to give a name but only gave the name Bartolini.
Among other things, I had not provided my phone number as it was a retreat organized by another person.
Who calls me is a rude person, immediately aggressive who did not listen, did not understand the Italian (but calls to make deliveries!) Aggressive and strange tone of voice at the start (I receive deliveries almost every day and NO courier calls but they all ring the doorbell!).

Already angry and with shameful tones: I am arriving in 5 minutes and you must get off.
I try to say to enter the gate of the condominium garden and then I will go down to the condominium door which is unique and clearly visible.
He says he will refuse to enter the gate (I can't say he is 300 meters from the condominium door, as he refuses to listen).
