Inefficient, liars etc ... REPORT AMAZON! I was waiting for a package and on the first day of delivery, according to them, my home address did not exist. On the second attempt, confirmed by phone the same morning, the package does not arrive and I am told that I was not present at home when I was there all day and that I was left with a notice (No notice left). I made 4 phone calls in one day because the branch never contacted me as they said. In the end, the package was not delivered and an operator threw down the phone when I was explaining it was urgent. Congratulations on your professionalism, I hope that no one ships with you anymore.
