After waiting in vain for a delivery Bartolini with three days of delay I receive an email informing me of the unsuccessful delivery attempt as no one was present at the address, which is absolutely FALSE, since I was at home for all three days indicated as delivery days. After contacting the office to explain the problem, I am arrogantly answered that they cannot do anything about the delay, but can only "solicit" the courier. After setting a delivery time for the following day, no courier punctually shows up in the range agreed by telephone. Not only are they not as efficient as couriers, but they also prove arrogant if you try to contact them and ask for explanations, lying shamelessly on delivery times. TO AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE.
