Iv been trying to get paid for a job I did over a month ago and everytime I show up to the location they say the person that handles the checks is not here and when I call they say yes please hold and keep me on hold for 15 min before it goes to voice mail this is ridiculous
Phone system is off when they are open during (business hours) you press 1 to make report they speak as if they are not open yet
Unprofessional could not get my W2. Plus you guys did not update address on google maps. Talk w2, my tax form, true blue are so unprofessional menus I prefer to talk to a person direct. And when I was working in Waste Management you arrested the wrong individual I don't like comadres kiss under the employer you only hired favoriteticism individuals you ruined my work and criminal record for nothing!
I didn't even get to fill out the application. They made me take a test sent the answers in and rejected me out of hand. Mind you, I'm a laid off airline employee with a 10 year FBI background check and 2 honorable discharges from the military.
The questionnaire had questions like "What is the value of the merchandise you have taken with out permission from your previous job?" and "Is it ever necessary to defend yourself?".
I have an outstanding work record. They will never find out. Skip these people.
Horrible customer service . the lady got mad because i asked about somthing that was written on the board.
This site was rude an unprofessional ..they call me for work but didnt answer just like a crank call ..i tried calling them back ..but they would not answer my phone call ..i final got through and hour later ..
Called for information on work. Friendly staff member answered my question. The great thing is you can Apply Online!!!
Honestly those people didn't even address me friendly. I asked them to for an application. They said I had to apply online. I called 20 minute before and they said I can apply in person. Something is not connecting.

I was at the office filling out paper work. When someone called and the lady who picked it up said were busy and cant process paychecks but when i looked over she was FOR REAL looking up J COLE concert tickets........
They actually looked surprised when I asked for a job. Rude and the employment process is counterproductive. Skip this place.
The website says they open at 5:30 and the door says they open at 6 it s now 6:45 and there still not open I ve been here since 5:30
Not just this location, but people ready as a whole entire company. By far the worst employment agency. I'm from michigan and worked for them when it was labor ready, at the time they paid every single day. One day when I clocked out and went to give them my statement, they said I wouldn't be getting paid until next week and I ended up going above their heads because the contract I signed said everyday. When I moved to California, I realized they changed their name to people ready. I have been in California for nearly 2 months and have contact people ready every day for the past 2 weeks. They NEVER have work. And to make matters worse, I signed up for the text alerts, but when I called the nearest location to let them know I didn't have all the PPE, as a normal person wouldn't just have steel toe boots, a hard hat, safety glasses, etc on hand because who would spend that amount of money on things if they don't plan to be working in the field, the lady told me the spot has already been filled. And I just received the text only 2 minutes prior!! They don't even give someone a chance to claim the job before other people claim it. It's ridiculous. It just sounds like a lazy way of giving people jobs without meeting them in person, actually doing the effort of helping them find work, and without giving people the opportunity to find work. It's so sad!!
I looking for a job. I called in the morning because the application required it to complete the registration. I don't speak a lot English but I need a better job than I have now. (Housekeeper, since 3 years)When I called I didn't undestad all but I really tried. The women on the phone hung up on me. Then call again a few times and I never answer again.
Great agency. Usually packed with work. If your looking for something quick and you meed money daily. Apply here. Its a good start if your in need of work.
