I am the worst courier in Italy, in Guidonia they ...

I am the worst courier in Italy, in Guidonia they have a branch where I think 2 people work. Today I will be forced after 10 days to go to the branch and call the police to demand the delivery of the goods they have in stock for 10 days. They are really bad!
