Council from the heart to anyone who is also ONLY THINKING to call this number NOT TO PROCEED ... !!!!!!!!!!!
They set a time for pick-up and lock you in the house for a whole day without passing, call for assistance and find out that it turns out to them that you refused their withdrawal when you did nothing but wait for them urging over and over again! the third time you call assistance they start to answer and then hang up right in your face ...
A mass of incompetents (to say the least) .... Shame on you.
