I worked here through Job Center. The people at Powder Cote are very unprofessional. Supervisors didnt mind if you smelled like weed or alcohol. They were doing it themselves. Hoodrats galore! I really wanted to exterminate them but it wouldnt be legal. People fought and argued everyday. Was not a healthy place to work! Pay was wack for all the ish you had to go through.

Extremely ghetto, almost everyone in there does drugs and it is just a mess in there very unprofessional
Overall I liked the plant when I worked there, but the management is horrible and you will NEVER be appreciated working there I worked there 2 years and I never got a promotion because everything is so personal in there. wouldn't recommend working there for more than 2 weeks in my honest opinion, because even after they hire you in you still don't get any good benefits and they take advantage of your work ethic but they won't want to compensate you for it. I was a very hard worker and I got treated unfairly.

Really dirt environment, They reuse and share gloves that come in only 1 size(That they have people toss in a barrel at the end of the day to pass out the next day), Really rude and unprofessional management, Very poor lack of communication and Very poor pay!! Highly recommend looking else where!!!!
