same courier from Ferrara, who at the first time threatens to report me (only because I denied the withdrawal of the product, as it has not yet been authorized by the seller) and the second time, the courier runs into a violation of domicile. In both situations i attitude opinionated and aggressive. The Ferrara branch (where this courier comes from) didn't give a damn in either situation
