Unfortunately there is no option to give a negative rating the minimum is 1 star but for these here we should go below 0 !!! A shame, they are scoundrels, because they change the state of deliveries, they make you commit part of the day, if not all of it, to then write ABSTRACT RECIPIENT! BUT STOP IT !!!! don't even pass and make fun of customers! last 8 deliveries all like this! you have really depressed us! hostage merchandise of a courier that should be boycotted, do not use them anymore, really ..
