hallucinating experience, parcel delivery for November 27th was delivered on December 3rd. I needlessly stuck at home. At the end I was even asked to go pick it up! Then they called another branch, which evidently had a means with the bank (and therefore more suited to my neck), and finally it was delivered ... The phone of the branch of Ferrara perennially busy, never any response to my email . Nobody will pay for the disservice, nobody will take a responsibility, nobody will be rebuilt.
