We were so excited to start our search for our Audi car!

My husband and I went to this dealership after a quick gym session. We dealt with James during our experience here. James made us feel unwelcomed and as if we could not afford the vehicles. James did not ask for our names, did not shake our hand and did not open the door (not the gentlemen we were hoping for). James apparently qualified us as not able to afford the car. I am not sure if it was our gym attire (I was wearing Lu Lu Lemon though) and not dressed to the nines to test drive a car. James did not let us drive the vehicle and questioned our vehicle insurance. At one point in the conversation, James did say we could drive a vehicle in the parking lot. If you are looking for the typical stereotype of a negative car dealing experience please ask for James at North Austin Audi.

One week later we drove further from our house to the South Audi Dealership and it was a dream come true. The customer service was over the top, they were happy for us to take the car around for a spin, and we purchased our S4 this weekend. We love it and so happy we went to the new dealership.

Over all, we do NOT recommend working with James at North Austin Audi.

This Service Department is terrible. (and it's not improved over the 3 years i have reluctantly brought my car here). They never call back or answer their phones. They don't service the cars when scheduled - sometimes for me i have to wait 5 days for simple service to pick my car up...This will really make me think again to buy an Audi. It is not luxury car experience i expect

What s going on with the giant Audi flag? If you fly a flag, at least fly the American or Texan flags. This is embarrassing. We just moved to the area and have a Q5 that ll need regular maintenance (and we will need an upgrade in 1-2 years), but will avoid this dealer. I guess they first and foremost are concerned with themselves.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I had a service appointment booked for three weeks. They call me and tell me that I have to reschedule due to the fact an advisor is going on vacation, making it my problem when In actuality it is their problem and they think rescheduling my appointment is the solution. I did try and reschedule and they said the next available appointment was 21 days later from my original appointment that I already booked. I asked for the service manager, they said he is unavailable. I left him a voicemail and asked for him to call me back. He has a service scheduler call me back and again try to move my appointment, again I asked to speak with manager and he was unavailable. Still waiting for a call back, worst customer service I have experienced. I d rather drive to San Antonio than ever have my car serviced here.

Just bought a new Audi Q3 from Audi North Austin. Our salesman Tanner did a great job and made the test drive and purchase process quick and painless. Stacy in Finance was also great and got us in and out in a snap. Overall great experience, and loving the new car. Thanks Again!

Went to look at purchasing our third Audi vehicle. Upon walking in the dealership my wife and I went to look at two different vehicles on the showroom floor. No one ever greeted us and the sales person who was standing near the front doors did an about face and walked away from my wife. This was to be my wife s birthday present.
We then ventured out on the lot to look at Q7 models. After walking around for approximately 20 minutes the manager from the Maserati dealership next door greeted us and proceeded to show us cars. We test drove a Maserati SUV and a Q7. Incidentally if you bought a white Q7 on 9/23/17. We test drove your suv, how does a dealership allow that to happen?
We were on a short time table as we had to still get home to get showers and dressed for an early dinner reservation and we were placed under pressure to secure the car with a non refundable deposit ($2500) and given a credit application to fill out. Even though I had asked to see what Audi finance would offer since we are current Audi Financial customers in good standing.
Elias, the manager at Maserati was outstanding and we appreciate his efforts but the overall lack of customer service was upsetting to my wife and not what we had come to expect from this dealership. We do understand the ownership has changed since our last purchase in July 2106 but this experience was not what a birthday present for my wife should have been.
Like other reviews said High pressure and no customer service are spot on assessments of this dealership. Thanks for ruining what was once a good dealership to the new ownership.

This is by far the best car and experience I have ever had. I have bought five Audi s from Audi North Austin and they have always went above and beyond to make me happy.

I have bought and serviced my S5, SQ5, A6, Q8 and now my RS5 with Audi North. Could not and would not recommend anyone but this team for any of your Audi needs!

I saw a used car online I was interested in so I was talking back and forth with the salesman for a couple of days. I drove 8 hours to go look at the car only to find it was keyed and damaged all Over. Our salesman told us that it was inspected and detailed and ready to go, my husband went and looked and didn t like the tires. So our salesman went and talked to someone and came back and said oh yeah those tires are not safe to drive on at all . If we would ve taken it we would ve drove 8 hours on bad tires when they passed inspection I get they are trying to make money but he was well aware I was driving that far and could ve given me a heads up. So we came up with a deal that they would fix the car and transport it to me. When I received it I still found a lot of issues with the car and totally regret ever doing this!! All the people I dealt with Over there except for one person was SO rude. WOULD NOT recommend this place. The worst experience ever and totally regret it.

Recently worked with Tanner to lease a 2020 S4. Tanner was a pleasure to work with and helped make the experience enjoyable. The rest of the staff we met at the dealership were just as friendly and helpful as well. I would definitely recommend paying a visit and asking for Tanner if you're in the market for a new Audi!

I had a great experience at Audi North Austin. I purchased a CPO 2019 Audi A5 Sportback from them, it is my very first Audi, and it is an amazing vehicle! I almost bought my second BMW 3-Series, but I thought to myself MAYBE I should give Audi a try. I am so happy I did! The car already had an amazing price (I looked at CPO Audi A5 s all across Texas) but it was still a little out of my budget. My salesperson Josh worked with his Sales Manager to get me where I needed to be to fit my budget! Thanks to all at Audi North Austin!

Joey was beyond helpful, has a great general understanding of mechanisms and one of the friendliest and professional parts department members I've spoke with. Although I didn't leave with a part today, I look forward to visiting again for any OEM parts I'll need. Thank you Joseph for leaving me liking a dealership, which is rare for any tuner.

I recently was in the market for a used Audi Q3. I found a potential car on the Audi North Austin website and asked to take a look through webpage. I was lucky enough to get paired up with Josh Boom from ANA. He was quick to reply and we set up a test drive for the next day. He was super friendly, knowledgeable, and not pushy.
We drove the car and liked it but not some aspects of it so wasn t ready to pull the trigger. Josh wrote down all the similar models they had and we left to look around a bit more. Josh checked in (again, no pressure) after a couple days and I said I had found some other models at other dealers. He calmly asked that we share what we were thinking and see what he could do.
We discussed one of their vehicles and what I was looking to pay etc and after a little back and forth we settled on a car and terms. They were very reasonable in the discussion and quick to go through the process.
Final purchase process was smooth (even on a Saturday) and we got a great 2017 Q3.
I would definitely recommend ANA and also specifically Josh.

Not intending to actually buy or lease an Audi, I still went to Audi North just to take a look at their used car inventory. But, after meeting with an Audi Sales Rep named Elias Nawas, I ended up getting an awesome (new) ride. Elias was nothing like a typical salesman. His extensive knowledge of Audi products was derivative from his unquestionable love for what he now sells. I was on the verge of a Range Rover (which Mr. Nawas used to sell), but I started to see the light when Mr. Nawas explained all the benefits putting my trust and money into Audi. After understanding what I was hoping to find in my new vehicle, Mr. Nawas helped me find my dream ride at a comfortable price. Can't say enough how professional and non-pushy he and the whole Audi team was during this stressful process. I walked away feeling terrific! If you're thinking of a new ride, you can't go wrong with Audi North.

Not only is the sales staff very friendly but the service staff is speedy and very knowledgeable. I wouldn't trust my RS5 to any other dealer in Austin. Mike and his team go out of their way to make sure they do everything to the highest standards of work.

Yikes, i was hesitant to venture up to this dealership after reading all of the negative reviews on here, as well as on Google. Maybe I lucked out and got a great salesperson, or perhaps things have improved over the last few months, but I had a stellar experience at the Audi dealership in North Austin. Granted, I have yet to experience the service department...so we'll see how that goes in a few months. I originally reached out to them through the web, which is when I was then introduced to Brooke. Brooke was awesome--friendly, extremely honest, as well as very knowledgeable. I would recommend here on all fronts. I didn't have to haggle a bunch either on price--the price they gave me up front was actually very competitive. Overall, this was a great buying experience, and I wouldn't hesitate to buy from them again.

Working closely with New Audi Sales Manager Brooke Jones, they were able to achieve my highly aspirational numbers in order to get me into the new Audi A6 that I wanted. Finance Director Natalie Watson also went the extra mile to ensure our experience was phenomenal and financing/options were where we needed it to be. We went to another dealership in Austin and it was like pulling teeth trying to communicate with them so we went to Audi North and was welcomed by AJ who walked us through the buying process showed us different vehicles and options. After talking with AJ we decided on the RS7 which are hard to come by. After a few days we heard back from him and he was able to do a dealer trade for an RS7 with all the options we were looking for. We could not be happier with our experience with AJ and Audi North

Giving up on this place! Had terrible customer service several times. Manager tried to makes things better by going above and beyond and I really appreciate it. Got my car back after my windshield was repaired and was disappointed once again! My receipt had complimentary car wash and it was dirtier than when I gave it to them. My rep also texted me and asked when I ll be picking up my car so that the paperwork will be ready and they will hand wash my car. None of that was done.

Service Advisor, Tommy Ellis, has excellent knowledge of the Audi line, is professional in his service to his customers and is responsive to questions or concerns. Work was done correctly and on-time. I highly recommend this dealership!

100% would NOT recommend this place. I never felt ...

100% would NOT recommend this place. I never felt that I was a valued customer, almost as if my Audi was too old for them to respect my business. I took my Q7 in because it locked my 7 week old daughter in the car...not joking. I unlocked the door, put her in the back seat with the diaper bag and closed the door. The car locked with the keys inside. Let s just say the fire department, police, and pop-a-lock were involved. I was terrified and immediately drove to Audi North Austin to address the issue. Not only did they brush off the severity of the issue, they also made me wait 45 minutes to have a code ran. The diagnosis was that my back door lock was faulty. Okay, now we know the issue, let s get it fixed.

I made the appointment as early as I could get a loaner from them, as I live an hour and a half away. It took them 5 weeks to get me in. Since they already ran the code and determined the issue previously, I was supposed to drop off my vehicle and they would get it fixed. I arrived 5 weeks later with my 3 month old daughter and signed everything for my loaner car. They asked me if the issue happened again, I said no but I kept my keys in my hand because I was too scared it would happen again. Also, when I bought the car a year ago it only came with one key, so there was no way I could try it . 10 minutes after I arrived I was told they couldn t find an issue with my vehicle, and that it was probably a fluke. Since they could sense my frustration, they said they could order a new door handle and have it ready for me in a month (and charge me $600+). I told them last time it pulled a faulty lock code and they said the didn t register that code this time. They put me back in my car and sent me home. Nobody ever followed up with me, and I haven t heard back from the dealership. To them I was just a number. No one was sympathetic that their vehicle locked my child in the car. Having that terrifying situation take place, and no solution offered by the dealership, I knew I wasn t going to keep the vehicle. I only owned my Audi for a year before I traded it in for a different brand. When I purchased that vehicle, it was a large expense for me, but it was my dream car. I was sad the day I traded it in, but I cannot drive a vehicle I don t feel safe in, or one that is unpredictable. I will never recommend the North Austin location to anyone, they don t care about you, or your vehicle, they just care about their numbers.

I was test driving a new BMW around the corner and while I was physically in the car, I called Audi and told them this wasn't going to cut it. Haley invited me over and took me straight out to one of their new A4's. As soon as I sat down in the car with her, not only was I dramatically more impressed with the vehicle, but Haley's knowledge of the tech, options and engine. She definitely gave me a positive vibe that I was in the right place. She even stayed 2 hours past closing showing me different cars knowing I wasn't pulling the trigger that day as I had told her from the beginning.

But I was back the next morning. Got through the financing approval process fast with Jason, and into my new car before noon.

Always had great luck with the service department at Audi North Austin. They make the drop off and pickup process very efficient and the quality of work is top notch. UPDATE 11/2020. Just had an AMAZING experience buying a new car. No drama, no BS. Treated me just as I would treat someone else, which is almost unheard of in the car business. After this, I don't think I'll ever buy a car other than with Eon Thomas at Audi North Austin.

I didn't have a great experience with Audi North Austin. I recently moved to this city and choose this location for my vehicle's annual service. My car is 3.5 yrs old and under warranty. I got a smooth pick up and drop service and the general communication with agent was pretty good as well. I was told car battery has gone bad and needs to be replaced. I got a quote of 313$. I asked - if my car is under warranty, do I need to pay for it and I was told yes. I decided to not get it changed since I was anyways not going to use the car anymore until the work from home is lifted. I was advised by someone to check with other Audi stores and I called Audi South Austin to casually check their take. And... they informed my car is under warranty and the battery change is fully covered. I was so surprised. The took my car next day, replaced the battery and gave it back. I was not charged a penny and my car was washed, cleaned and vacuumed. Btw, Audi North Austin also in my service bill wrote they gave complimentary cleaning of my car which was not true as well, it was as dirty as it went. I don't care so much about the car cleaning confusion. So..choose for yourself for next time. Ask around, before your trust one location. Mine could be a one off, but definitely leaves me doubting the overall quality at this location.

Not the most welcoming place to go for car shopping with sub par facilities for a premium brand.
Seemed like most the cars on the lot were waiting to be serviced.
Facilities are well below average compared to the competitors.
Sales person kept trying to push a new car (that I made clear I didn't want), so I went to the competitor and bought a car instead.

Went and got an oil change. Had my kids with me and decided to wait in the lobby. Everyone was so kind, even when my youngest was running around touching all the cars. They had great snacks and refreshments. The Audi team took great car of my car and did an excellent job in cleaning and washing it too!

I would like to thank the service department and A...

I would like to thank the service department and Audi as a whole for completely convincing me never to over pay for one of their cars, again. This last visit was the last straw. I bought their flagship vehicle, the A8 just short of three years ago. The car is amazing to drive. I was also excited to experience the lauded "udicare". Well, let's just say that they both disappoint. I have had the car in the shop three times with coolant leaks, and it has less that 60,000 miles. Every trip for scheduled maintenance is a nightmare that lasts for days. If you want to schedule a loaner, you will likely have to wait a month. I always was given an A4, which I can barely fit into and is hardly comparable to the A8. Beware when the warranty is expired!!! I was quoted about $3900 for front and rear brakes. I had it done with Audi parts at my regular mechanic for half the price. During my most recent visit, I was quoted over $1900 for a water pump, $1,000 for a minor problem with the center console, and over $650 for a battery, which I do not need. I do not mind paying a bit over regular rates for Audi technicians, but these prices are absurd. I am also used to quality vehicles lasting to at least 100,000 miles without fluid leaking problems. In my case, I had to take it in three times. Perhaps one of the most insulting issues was the fact that after two years I started getting trade in offers worth $30,000 for a car I purchased for roughly $100,000. Wow! Just wow! They do not care about you, once you walk out the sales door.

This was one of the best car shop experiences I have ever had. The service advisor, Tommie, who I worked with was professional and kept me updated with the status of my car maintenance. After dropping my car off, other staff members showed me the amenities of the dealership so I could have coffee, a snack, and WiFi to do some work. When it was time to pick up my vehicle, Tommie went over items that may need attention but were not urgent. He was very up front and knowledgeable. The shop washed and vacuumed my vehicle and even went the extra mile to empty a trash bag I had in the car. Great job Audi North!

Just started shopping and it was my first time looking at Audis, but Vu and Josh treated me like a long-time customer. Josh was gracious with both his time and knowledge and encouraged me to take a long test drive to get a feel for the car, despite it being near closing time. I have a feeling I will be back soon.

If I could give one start I would !!!, the worst service experience, lack of communication and leadership, I've had my car serviced at Audi North Austin for three years and I've never once had a good experience.
My service representative was very unprofessional and completely lacking in the area of customer satisfaction. In my case, I made an appointment to service my Q7 , I requested a loaner two weeks in advanced and I still not get one. After almost two hours of waiting I ended up leaving. the service department's unethical business practices and general laziness, there is nothing positive about this dealership. No professionalism, no ethics, no customer service from top to bottom. Audi is a great car, but buy it elsewhere, unfortunately the damage is done, I will take my business elsewhere, where the customer is appreciated and treated with respect.

My car buying experience with Hanan and her management could only be described as flawless, and the apitamy of professionalism! The communication was 100%. Hanan and her team went above and beyond to make my virtual buying experience amazing. I am 1,300 miles away but felt as if I was in the dealership with the team executing the deal! I highly recommend Hanan to help you with a future car purchase, and highly recommend Audi North!!

My wife and I walked in the front doors to observe our options. As we walked in we expected that a dealer or an employee would greet us. No greeting. We stopped to look at an Audi rite across from a receptionist, still no greeting. We didn't feel welcomed at all and thought it was highly unprofessional. If we had a bag of money in our car or a check ready to buy a vehicle then, Audi North Austin would have not received it.

Been a customer for a year now after a good friend...

Been a customer for a year now after a good friend highly recommended them. Have had 2 planned services, which went excellently, but it's one of the 2 unplanned services (nail in the tire, both times) that really impressed me. They shoehorned me in and got things done in less than an hour. I got to spend some time walking around the lot and drooling over the new models, got my car back with a repaired tire, a squeaky clean interior, and it didn't cost me a thing. What's not to like?

I traded in a 2005 s4 for my 2011 s4, at this dealership. They've done all the schedule maintenance and other repairs, as well. Fernando and Darrell, in service, have always been professional and pleasant to deal with. I drive in from Bryan and whether I drop the car off for a few hours or it has to stay for days, they always had a loaner car ready for me.

Service department is great, they take care of my A5 every time. HOWEVER, the reason for 3 stars this time is I had a reservation in August for a routine maintenance and requested a loner car. Two hours before I was scheduled to drop off the car on the morning of my scheduled service date I got a call from someone at the dealer who said "We don't have any loner cars available, we need to reschedule your service". This was very inconvenient as I had rearranged all my travel and work responsibilities around this appointment that I had made a full month before. I asked them when the next available date was and it was almost 1 month later! No real apology or reason was given nor was I given any priority to reschedule my service, very disappointing for a premium brand like Audi.

We recently purchased our first Audi (Q8) from Audi North. We went there 5 times and each time we were treated respectfully, all questions answered patiently. Logan Williamson was a pleasure to deal with. He went the extra mile during our multiple visits, on one occasion he pulled up two different color combination Q8 s side by side so my wife could compare and decide. Thanks for the amazing service, Brooke and Logan worked to get us a great deal and Stacy got us in and out of finance efficiently.

Tommie and Luis took great care of me again. Tried a different shop on my 2011 S4 and paid the price in the form of a cracked aftermarket transmission housing. Luis helped flush out the transmission fluid that was smoking. Car is now running great again!

I have had great difficulty reaching anyone on the phone at this location. If a message was left, I have never received a reply. I have called and left a message complaining about this and I still did not get a reply.
Going to the location and getting your questions answered is easier which is unfortunately the only way it seems to work.

Brought car in for service and had to ask service rep to put mask on. Very dissatisfied with how service department at the dealership says they are taking precautions during COVID-19 pandemic yet they really aren t. When I came to pick up car again no masks on and employees socializing without masks.

Very professional and friendly service. Sam was great and answered all my questions. Even though I couldn't pick up my vehicle that day, they took care of me by letting me drive a nice loaner vehicle. Highly recommend Audi North Austin to anybody looking for a new vehicle. I love my new car!

Enrique is wonderful! I am adding to my original five star as I went back to get a windshield replacement in new tire and everybody from Enrique to the girls outside are so professional and kind and go above and beyond. If you were deciding which Audi dealership to go to in Austin I highly suggest North. I ve been to both and nothing bad to say but if you want concierge service and kindness go to North .
