It would have been helpful if we had known that they needed to keep the car for 4 days for the digital equipment service since they did not have a loaner for us. We are a one car family so we had to make a second appointment to come back when they did have a loaner. Very inconvenient.

Extremely poor service. Forget dealing with these people over the phone. I ve logged many hours of hold time on the phone with these people over the last week alone. Grant was the sales person I had dealt with over two weeks, who refused to get anything done.

I had definitely considered buying an Audi after selling to them my Maserati GT. After this experience however I will never own an Audi.

Update: this was my father s Maserati, before he passed away. Today, the manager, Jason, after two weeks of waiting for an offer for the car, told me just to take the car back. It was taking up too much of his time he says.

As a result of the lack of compassion I have received from these soleless cowards, all of my fellow family, friends, and community will actively boycott this business for their immoral decision making. They put me through the hell of my father s passing, and back; only to rule that my time is not worthy of theirs.

I was referred to Ricardo in the service department to help me with my RS5. He informed me of a recall that I was unaware that I had, and worked extra hard to get it done for me and get it done quickly, even though my car is a Canadian import. Would highly highly recommend dealing with him.

Our buying experience at Audi North Austin was exceptionally positive ! The sales agent, along with the general manager were very easy to talk to and work with. It was a pleasure to have knowledgeable professionals focus on our desires, and not push us into making decisions on what we wanted and on our trade. We came to the showroom to just look, but we were taken with the looks and driving the S5. All the staff at the dealership were friendly and helpful, and that includes the finance team, and personnel introducing us to the car s technical features.

Booking an appointment took over 7 days for 115k mile service. It was difficult to schedule an appointment -- I had to call back twice. After the second call and being on hold for over 10 minutes, I was told they would have to call me back when they became available.

The service advisor (Enrique) was polite and generally helpful; I have no complaints with his involvement.

HOWEVER, the car took a full day to complete even though I dropped it off on time first thing in the morning. I did not get my vehicle back until after 5pm, with no loaner.

This is where I have real issue. The car was given an "OK" on Friday when I got it back. I was advised that I needed a new battery soon (it was "failing load tests") but wasn't an emergency. I was also advised that I needed 4 new tires because the wear was listed at 4/32 in the front and 3/32 in the rear. I was lastly advised that I needed an alignment. But otherwise, the service was complete and I was good to go. As I was waiting for the car to be washed and brought around, I noticed that the report had marked "Needs immediate attention" for "Fluid Leaks". When I asked the advisor why it was marked this way he was unsure and I asked him to verify with the technician why it was marked as such. After a few minutes, he came back and said there was not an issue -- and that it must have been because the fluids were topped-off.

On Sunday, the car died while driving near my home. The car was not "OK". The fuel pump failed (which had just been replaced before purchase a week prior). The pump failed due to the control module having problems which were flagged in the OBD -- but this was never conveyed to me.

I had to have it towed to another specialty service center (Luxury Auto Works - Pflugerville) because I couldn't wait another 7+ days to get my car serviced. When I took it in, I asked them to run full diagnostics and overlook the whole vehicle. They found the codes that were thrown in the system about the fuel pump and controller. They also noticed that the oil pan was leaking profusely. I also observed on that Sunday that my window fluid reservoir cap was MISSING... and I know it was on the car when I brought it in for service to Audi North Austin as I had just purchased the car and verified it was there.

I was shown, before work was done, at the Luxury Auto Works service center the unmissable and unmistakable leak of oil around the oil pan. I don't know how this could have been overlooked at Audi North Austin. This is probably the reason "fluid leaks" was marked as needing attention, but was dismissed in order to finish my service at Audi. LAW also checked the tread on the tires and could not verify the same need for replacements. I watched in person as they checked the tread on all tires and could not verify the same readings of 4/32 and 3/32 that were given by Audi. The tires were wearing a little faster on the edges, but the majority of the tire was greater than 6/32-7/32. Even at the lowest point of the outer edge of the tires, the readings were coming back greater than 5/32. So, I didn't even need new tires.

I'm very unhappy with the service and will not be returning. I will need a replacement key, but I would rather go out of town.. or at a minimum try Audi South Austin before returning here.

TL;DR
- Routine 115k mile service (spark plugs, oil change, belt replacement, fluids, etc)
- Terrible scheduling process for service
- Missing parts (washer fluid cap) after service
- Improper service (missing an obvious oil leak!?)
- Invalid readings on tires (and recommending that they needed to be replaced ASAP)
- Given the "OK" for a vehicle that had a major failure less than 48 hours later.

Overall I've had a positive experience with Audi North Austin. If you schedule service online then things go very smoothly and the service advisors are great. However, there has been multiple times that I have called the service department for simple things, told that someone else would have to get back to me, and then never receive a call back. This has happened NUMEROUS times and in my opinion is very unprofessional for a dealership of this tier. Example of things that I called about and didn't get a reply for include getting a quote for a new light, finding out when my Audi care expires, and when parts would be ready to complete the repairs for a mandatory recall. In the case of the recall it took me calling them 4 times and on the final time telling them that I needed an answer now and that I hadn't received a callback from my last 3 calls.

The buying experience was great and the service has been excellent. They changed ownership a couple of years back and the results are staggering. What was a terrible experience 5 years ago is nothing short of a pleasure.

I've been blessed to only bring my Audi in for scheduled maintenance, and Tommie Ellis always takes excellent care of me and my A4. Always on time, always professional, and always answers any questions I may have. I appreciate his patience and professionalism, and the talented techs that keep my car running smoothly. Thanks!

I have used Audi North Austin since 2011 when I moved to Austin. They have always been exceptionally competent, easy to deal with, and fair. With the number of Audis they have sold over the last several years, one might expect to could be more difficult to obtain service. True, one has to schedule more in advance than used to be the case. But the improvements they have made regarding scheduling, billing, loaner cars and communicating with customers are not only impressive but make the service experience continue to be a pleasant undertaking.

Had a wonderful experience with Austin AUDI and our salesman Josh Boom. They had exactly what I wanted, gave me a great price for the vehicle, and for my trade in. They also detailed it and filled the tank up after purchase, and provided beverages and snacks as we waited. The whole process was smooth and relatively quick! 10/10 recommend.

Darrell Robles is Amazing!!! He has a solid mix of both technical knowledge and outstanding effective communication skills which make it easy to understand the outlined steps he will take to resolve a problem. Darrell pays attention to what I'm saying, listens closely to try to identify what the specific service related issues are. I am treated with respect when asked to clarify more about the situation.

Every appointment - my time is considered valuable. He is very friendly, loyal, always has a smile on his face and will exceed above and beyond what is expected to deliver truly exceptional customer service.

I will highly recommend Darrell to everyone! Audi North is very fortunate to have such a valuable asset join their team!

I am not the type of person that loves buying or l...

I am not the type of person that loves buying or leasing cars. The average car salesperson, in my opinion, is very pushy and I don't feel like my best interest is in the dealerships interest. I have my guard up very high and am ready to "battle" with whatever first price is thrown at me. I also hate the financial part where you sit in the showroom for hours and wait until you can be seen by finance. The person behind the desk tries to pressure sell you every single type of extra coverage, which makes for a very uncomfortable situation.

This past weekend I had the exact opposite experience, which I was not expecting, at Audi North Austin. We moved to Austin from Los Angeles two years ago and this was our first car buying experience with an Audi dealership in Texas. We brought in our old Audi for service here and because of the great experiences we've had with their service department, we wanted to try them out before going to other dealerships.

First of all, during this Covid-19 crisis, I wasn't thrilled to venture out of the house to get a new car. Our lease was up on our old Audi A3 and we loved it so much we wanted to get a new one. So, out we went with our gloves and masks on and we were greeted by Sam Zangoei, a very friendly salesperson, who to my delight, was also wearing a face mask.

My husband and I explained that our lease was up and we wanted another A3. We said we wanted a 2020 model and told him the features we wanted. Sam showed us all the available cars and didn't try to up sell on other models. Within less than an hour we had a deal on paper and were thrilled.

The next step was sitting in the "dreaded" finance office where I was ready for the extra add-ons to be presented. We met with Natalie Watson, the Finance Director, who was pleasant, professional and most of all very easy to work with. She reviewed all of the maintenance/protection plans available and we chose one plan that fit within our budget. We were in and out of her office within 15 minutes.

I have to say that if you are looking for an Audi, Audi North Austin is the dealership to go to, hands down!!!! They are a pleasure to deal with. Kudos to their entire team for making every aspect from purchasing a car to servicing a car easy. I highly recommend Audi North Austin for your car buying/servicing needs.

Good customer service. At first, I had a miscommunication with my service advisor however, we worked things out and they made it right. My issues was taken care of and I was very please with the outcome.

The manager Zach Adams and assistant manager Jason Lynch are not trustworthy at all and would not suggest you do business with this dealership. After being defrauded by the same person that defrauded this dealership for not 1 but 2 vehicles. I reached out to the dealership to see if these vehicles this person was driving were stolen. Jason then let me know that they were indeed stolen with fake checks. I said I would come down to the dealership to talk to him and Zach. Sat in their office and spoke with them for 45 mins about this con artist and how many people in this town have gotten shafted by this person. After our conversation Jason told me if I saw this person in the vehicle and let him know where it was to send a wrecker to pick it up he would have At least $500 cash for my time. I told him I would do my best to locate the vehicle for them and contact him if I saw the vehicle. A couple weeks later I came across their 85K Range Rover and successfully helped them recover this vehicle. Now that they ve got the vehicle back they don t want to pay the $500 recovery fee. Bottom line sat in that office of Zach Adams and discussed how both of us had been done wrong by this person and he told me a lie to benefit the dealership. Why won t he tell any customer a lie?

Maybe all these 1* s should reach out to the OWNER: Ricardo Weitz

Worst Audi experience I ever had. I only bought Audi cars (until I experienced Audi North Austin). From the buying experience to the car service it was an horrible experience. I even told them couple of weeks ago during a service that I need another car for my wife and they didn t even bother helping me. The same day I went to Porsche to buy a new car. It s a shame that I have to stop buying Audi car because the local dealership is bad.

The whole car buying process was super easy an painless thanks to Casey! She was friendly and down to earth. She didn t try to influence my decision in anyway. Honestly, everyone was really great. I ve had my car for a few days and love it!

I had been in the market for a B8.5 S4 for a little while and had been searching for a specific configuration S4 with CPO. I honestly hadn t considered Audi North Austin after hearing some reviews. However, the General Manager, Tony came to the Austin Happy Hour this past Thursday at Brass Tap and convinced me to give them a shot.

The next day I looked on their site and amazingly, they almost had the exact configuration I wanted. The only difference was that it had a DSG instead of a manual transmission. However, it had the Tech Package, Sport Diff and Black Optics. This S4 was recently traded in and had not been through the shop yet to be looked over or cleaned.

Still, I decided to check it out and when I arrived I was introduced to Josh Boom, a sales associate there. Josh recently joined the Audi North team and super easy to work with and very helpful. Josh and Tony really treated me like family there.

He immediately offered a test drive. Even without being through CPO yet, I knew I wanted it! Josh and Tony worked with me on the price and we came to a mutually fair agreement. In addition to that, Josh was able to resolve all the things I had concerned about and even came in on his day off to make sure the car was being handled appropriately. They even fixed some things I didn t notice such as the supercharged badges were missing, and they replaced them proactively. He even threw in a bag of Audi North swag. I really couldn t be happier.

Ultimately, they ve gained my trust and I look forward to working with them in the future. If you are in the market, please reach out to Josh and give him a chance to earn your business.

Called Audi North Austin to schedule service for a 17 A4 and Mike Laughlin answered, that was the beginning of a well handled service appointment. From looking up the maintenance history and the Audi Care package info, to performing the recommended service and looking into another issue with the MMI, all with text updates with the status of the car, to a cleaner car at pick-up. I could not have asked for a better service appointment!

Awful customer service. Darryl told me no loaner, no shuttle and I would leave my car with them for days before they would even look at it!! Why wouldnt they figure out a system to have me bring by my car as my repair gets elevated in the queue. I'll just go use my other car that sits in my driveway while you're working on this one. I've never had a good experience here. Dont go here. South Audi accomodates and actually knows what customer service means!

Terrible experience. Had to take my used car back 3 times. They were never proactive in communicating when it would be ready. Then they messed up my address on the financing so I had a debt collector show up that then ruined my credit rating. Send them an email to complain and got nothing back. this is NOT what Audi is all about....

Just picked up a used 2005 Audi A8 L from Anthony recently and it was a FANTASTIC experience. He was VERY chill and easy to work with. Will for sure want to work with him again when I one day decide to trade the A8 in for a newer one. Thanks Anthony!

Don t buy a car from this place. Terrible customer service and misrepresenting their product. I was sold an aftermarket ceramic tint after being pitched that they could tint the front windshield. After purchase I made an appointment to meet the salesman at the dealership to get the tint done, and no show. He was off that day and no one was there to do the tint. 2nd time again not there but someone else helped me. No questions about tint shade or what windows, so I asked if the front windshield would be done and was told that was not ever an option. My salesman then offered a refund, as I have yet to receive any tint work done. It has been 3 months now and I m still getting excuses as why I have yet to receive my money for the tint that was never done. I ve been told week after week that the check will be overnighted to me. Yet when I go in I am told they are just too busy to get around to it. Salesman s name is Brian unger and who is supposedly too busy to write a check is Stacy. Good luck if you decide to purchase from them

I worked with Josh Boom as my sales rep. After the initial frustration of not being able to find the correct keys, which was admittedly not his fault, it was a very pleasant experience. Josh knows Audi inside and out and didn t try to bully the conversation like your typical sales person. Price online was honored with no hesitation and they offered more than expected for my trade in.

EDIT: You must schedule service over a month out in order to secure a loaner car. I expect better service in that regard from an Audi dealership.

Took me two visits trying to solve the noise problem I am having with my new TT. (Bough it 3 months ago). Still having the issue. Regular oil change and stuff are okay, well it is easy. However if you have some work or detailed look to be done, take it elsewhere. Or go through the bad experience I had.

I purchased a very low mileage 2020 4 runner from Audi North Austin. The experience was great. All was done over the phone. We agreed on a price on a Thursday and the car was delivered to my house in Dallas at no charge on Saturday. The sales person Michael Dash did a great job, he was always available even when he was not at work. The GM without even asking said he would deliver my new car to Dallas at no cost. Highly recommend.

5 stars for Josh Boom! Professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. We were treated exceptionally well by Josh, all of the management team and support staff. We purchased a 2008 Hummer H2. The dealership did a great job of making sure that the vehicle was in great shape! We received great service and a great deal. I highly recommend Josh and Audi North Austin!

Darrell Robles continues to be the best advisor to work with. I completely trust him and Audi North. I have had other luxury vehicles but usually left annoyed with the lack and level of service from them. Audi North has always been amazing and now in my 2nd Audi because of the service I have received. Thank you Darrell you are the best!!

The dealership is clean and very efficient. You are able to schedule online and quickly get in and out. I have only used this location to get maintenance on my car, but I will likely use them as well for car buying the next time I am in the market.

The staff that I had the opportunity to work with was stellar. They were all very helpful. Christian in sales is very polite and professional, Stacy in finance is a rock star! The product they are selling speaks for itself. Audi has a combination of performance, luxury, modern technology and style. Thanks Audi of North Austin.

Darrell is AWESOME! He got both of our vehicles in for 25k and brake jobs in and out of the shop in under four days! Not only that he kept us updated on the progress of the vehicles and prices.
Love how friendly and accommodating everyone T this dealership is. When I came to pick up my car Darrell was helping someone else and another advisor jumped up and helped Darrell out!
All around amazing customer service from the service to sales!

I came into Audi North Austin twice for vehicle inquiries. The first time, Elizabeth Ponthier greeted me at the door and brought out a 2018 A4 I inquired about. I liked it, but I liked the BMW 3 series just a little more. She mentioned that she drove an A5 Sportback, which piqued my interest after her description of it. I went to TrueCar s website to look at the A5 and inquired about it. It matched me up with Grant Garrett as my salesperson. When it came time to test drive and buy my A5 Sportback, Grant went through the car specs inside & out to made sure I had everything I needed to know to make a car purchase. Grant was incredibly patient and respectful throughout the entire process and has answered any questions i ve had post purchase. Audi itself is great, but the level of service Grant gave me was truly exceptional. Special shoutout to Elizabeth for getting me interested in the A5.

Even though I bought my certified A3 at another dealer, the Audi North team treats me like someone who bought a brand new A8 from them. Alex Adams and his team treat me very well, do the little extras (washed my car after checking that I had time for it), and explain things well. Kudos to him and the overall team

We have had two Audis from this dealership and have always loved the sales staff, but the service department is desperately lacking. In the three years we have worked with them, we have NEVER had a smooth experience with the service team. Lack of communication is huge. We have called four times in the past two days with no returned call yet. I m beginning to think it will be better for us to make the drive to the South Austin Audi dealership. It s definitely not the level of service one would expect from Audi.

Awesome customer service reps, nice facility and they do a great job washing your car. If I had one Improvement to suggest, it would be that they be more proactive in answering text messages regarding updates to the vehicle status and letting you know that you have an email you need to check in order to approve the work order. I do appreciate the option of texting the service specialist, but it's sort of pointless if they don't answer you back. It's a small thing and despite it, I definitely recommend North Austin Audi

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. When you walk into this place, no one will even look up at you. After waiting for 15 minutes, Tommy, who was not the advisor I had an appointment with, was nice enough to help me out. I took my car in for a recall on it. They told me it would take an hour with a max of an hour and a half, so I decided to wait. I ended up waiting there for 3 1/2 hours. They did "wash" my car, but when I got it back it looked like they just put some water on it and called it a day. On top of that, I noticed 3 very large scratches on the hood of my car that were not previously there. I went back in to tell them, and Ken who is the garage foreman, came out to look at it. He was the most condescending person I have ever met and repeatedly tried to convince me that there was no way anyone in his garage did that because it is "a rule in his garage that no one sets anything on the hood of the car." He said that "if they did do it and they did not admit to it, they would be fired", which makes absolutely no sense because how would he know if they didn't admit to it? He said that since I waited there, I should have watched them work on my car for 3 1/2 hours because they have a glass window and that is what it's there for. Audi is supposed to be a top of the line company and this shouldn't be something customers have to worry about. Ken is in complete denial about what people are capable of. He also told me that I "probably left my car at Target and someone put a box on my car and dragged it across the top." Not only that, but he was arguing with me so loudly that other workers that were inside came out to see what was going on. He finally walked away and Mike stepped in and said he would contact Marc who was the garage manager and let him know what was going on and have him contact me about the situation. I never heard from Marc until I contacted them a week later and he responded and said "I didn't know you needed me to call." It's common sense that when there is an issue, as a manager, you are supposed to reach out to your customers. To say the least, I will never take my car back to this place. The Sewell Audi dealership in Houston would NEVER treat their customers with this level of disrespect.

I bought a beautiful pre-owned Q7 back in November 2019 and AJ really went out of his way to make my time at the dealership memorable. It was, by far, the best car buying experience I ever had, I really appreciate you AJ and will definitely keep in touch for my future car buying needs!

I had the best experience finding the perfect car, as soon as I walked in I was greeted and made feel welcomed. Eon was helpful, knowledgeable, and very patient and Tina the delivery specialist that went over the car with me afterwards was awesome. Thank you guys at Audi North Austin.

I went to Audi North Austin because my front tire ...

I went to Audi North Austin because my front tire was losing air and I needed someone to look at it. Turns out I had a nail in it so I needed a new tire. The Service manager suggested I get 2 because the other front tire was worn down. However, they did not have the tires in stock but would have them the next day. So I left the car, they paid for a Lyft to take me home.
The next day I kept waiting for a call but none came. Finally I called at 4 pm & was told that the tires just came in & it would be ready about 5:30. They would contact me when done.
At about 4:45, I got a text saying my car was ready along with a phone number. No mention of sending the car to pick me up as I was told would happen. So I responded to the text to please send a car to pick me up. Nothing happened for 15 minutes. So I sent another text asking if they received my text. Still nothing. So I tried to call the number provided. After listening to the endless automated instructions, I finally got to the one that said to leave a message for service. But the mailbox was full & could not take any more messages. Frustrated by this, I called again and the same thing happened. So I called a 3rd time & asked for sales. A very nice young man answered and was dismayed when I told him what happened and put me on hold & went over to service to ask them to call me back. Shortly after that, I received a text in response to the text I had sent 30 minutes earlier asking where to send the car. The car arrived shortly afterwards, they apologized for the inconvenience, I paid the Bill and drove home. I finally got home about 6:45 after the family had finished dinner so I ate alone.

This experience ruined my whole evening & left me with a bad taste in my mouth. When I did speak with someone, they were very professional and helpful. But it took me the better part of 2 days and a lot of frustration just to get a tire fixed! And while text is a fine way to communicate, it s not if the other party does not respond. Late in the day, I was left hanging. A phone call would have cleared up a lot of my questions.

The worst part is that the tire pressure light came on again yesterday indicating a tire is losing air and after checking, it s the same tire they replaced. I filled it up at a local service station & it seems to be holding but now I don t know what to do. Should I go back to this dealer again? I am hesitant to do so but I probably will.

4/21 Update - Marc from the dealership contacted me to see if he could make things right. While he can t change my original experience, he did make me aware of some things that would make my experience better in the future:

1. The dealer service desk is open until 8pm, so while I was getting anxious as the day went on with no response, it was not as dire as I thought. I was concerned about getting my car back that day, and that seemed less and less likely as the clock struck 5:30pm. But they were still going to be open for another 2 hours. Had I known that, I would not have been so anxious.

2. While they are very busy, he will be taking action to ensure the Service voicemail box is cleared out regularly and that text messages are responded to more quickly.

He invited me back in to have the new tires inspected to make sure there is no damage, which there isn t. He also explained that the tire pressure light is a little sensitive on the A4 and could have been tripped by the extreme change in temperature in the past few days.
I am changing my rating to 4 stars

Service dept was good. The actual dealership not recommended, or maybe it was just the salesperson we got that gave us a negative experience. Anyway, not going back to buy anything there for sure, rather drive an hour for good customer service.

I wish I can give zero star to this place. Awful work...
Last time they forgot to wash my car, after I requested that they just like pour the cleanser on to my car and finish off in 5 sec. Okay I said it fine.
This time after I dropped off the loaner, signed up all the paperwork and waiting for they to pull my car back, they simply leave me alone for 25 mins because they "forgot" to get my car.
I love Audi but this place is really ruining the brand in Austin.

I have been a long tlme customer of Audi North Austin and will continue to give them my busineas. Service, and particularly from Mike Laighlin is courteous and professional. They do need, however, more loaner cars. They used to be readily available, but no longer, which is a pity.

Kyle was our salesman and he did a terrific job. He made the buying process easy and was really helpful. However, I can't say the same for the dealership itself. The financial person got the name on the registration wrong. We were told that since we already had Disabled Veteran plates that they could just transfer it to the new car. However, when they called to say our plates were ready I was told the plates were just regular plates and the woman I spoke to on the phone said we would have to go to the DMV to transfer it over ourselves and turn in the ones the dealership got for us. This meant paying another fee for transfering the DV plates to our new car. Then there's the delivery of our car. We had to order our car and the dealership said they would keep us updated, but the communication lacked. The person responsible for transport couldn't tell us where the car was coming from (other than "up north"), and the ETA was completely off. First saying mid-week, then saying Friday, then Saturday, then saying the car hadn't arrived and they didn't know when it would be there. I understand the trucks make different stops or that there may be hiccups during transport, but the transport person really seem unorganized. The sales team is great, but I think the dealership needs some work in the financial & transport area.

If you are looking to purchase an Audi this is the place to go! Just took delivery of a new 2018 S4 from James and the staff at Audi North Austin and I couldn't be happier! Great people to deal with! Thanks James!

Again very exceptional and excellent customer service. I called Mike Laughlin and was able to get me in and resolve the problem with my S6. Thanks again Mike for taking care of the car and getting me out of here pretty fast.
Thanks

The customer service is terrible. The GM will not even respond to my emails and the service department is the worst I have ever experience. Do not purchase a car here unless you will never use the service department. They make excuses and constantly say they are working on the problems with the service department but nothing changes.

After reading numerous reviews about this lot I see what they were talking about. I walked around the lot nobody greeted me. So I walked through the lobby and again no one acknowledged me. They didn t appear busy but maybe they were. I walked back to the vehicles I was considering and there was a salesman outside having a smoke and on the phone I figured he would come over as he clearly saw me looking at cars. I gave up and walked to my vehicle. When that salesman saw what I was driving he took a second look like maybe I should go talk to him but I was on ignore. That s okay while the Q3 was on my short list I will stick with dealerships who took the time to show me their vehicles and answer my questions. Maybe l should have made an appointment but I didn t on the Acura, infinity, BMW and Subaru lots I visited. I hope you have better success than I did but for me I m scratching Audi off my list.
