My wife and I bought a 2017 Audi Q7 here for a pretty good price and things went pretty smoothly with the exception of only receiving one key fob?? I might expect that on an older, lower level car, but not with a two-year-old Audi that sold for nearly 40K??

I traveled to Austin to buy a pre-owned Q7 and this was honestly the best car-buying experience. Nick was great and the whole process was pleasant and very efficient. I wish my local dealership was this good!

Want to thank Kyle Stover for helping me pick out an Audi for a family member. He really made the process one of the smoothest car buying experiences I ve had and I will definitely be reaching back out to Kyle next time I am looking for a vehicle.

We were so excited to start our search for our Audi car!

My husband and I went to this dealership after a quick gym session. We dealt with James during our experience here. James made us feel unwelcomed and as if we could not afford the vehicles. James did not ask for our names, did not shake our hand and did not open the door (not the gentlemen we were hoping for). James apparently qualified us as not able to afford the car. I am not sure if it was our gym attire (I was wearing Lu Lu Lemon though) and not dressed to the nines to test drive a car. James did not let us drive the vehicle and questioned our vehicle insurance. At one point in the conversation, James did say we could drive a vehicle in the parking lot. If you are looking for the typical stereotype of a negative car dealing experience please ask for James at North Austin Audi.

One week later we drove further from our house to the South Audi Dealership and it was a dream come true. The customer service was over the top, they were happy for us to take the car around for a spin, and we purchased our S4 this weekend. We love it and so happy we went to the new dealership.

Over all, we do NOT recommend working with James at North Austin Audi.

I had a great experience with Tommie, who is an advisor in the service department. He made sure all of my concerns were corrected and my car was ready sooner than I expected. I have full confidence in the Audi North Austin service department when taking my car in.

I can not recommend this place more highly. I showed up to buy a car, and Corbin already had a list of comparable vehicles for sale to show me exactly where they landed in price competition. They had a vehicle inspection report, car fax, and basically any other document you could ask for ready to go. They offered and incredible deal, and made the process, quick, simple, and smooth. My purchase was for a used car, that ended up having a minor problem which could not have been foreseen by anyone. I called and they were quick to offer a helping hand and provide a fix even though they did not have any obligation to do so. It s very apparent that the entire crew here, from receptionist to manager and everyone in between really cares about the people that walk through the door. They ll have a repeat customer in me. Do yourself and favor and go see them.

Horrible service department! My low tire pressure light was on, so I went in to get some nitrogen. Other Audi dealerships had no issues with helping me with a flat tire, but the service guy Mike at Audi North made me feel like a burden. Even going to the point where he asked his coworker "Do you have any one to do this? Because I got nothing" instead of asking if I could wait until they found someone. My boyfriend also went in once and they said they don't have air. My first service with them was so horrible that I took my scheduled maintenance down to Audi South where my experience was a much, much better. I am in the process of buying another car but will not buy another Audi just because if how bad this service department is. My Audi has been serviced at the dealership since I bought it new, and Audi North's customer service is horrible.

The experience overall was amazing! Friendly staff all around. It was a pleasure to work with the Gm Rg Gomez. Very knowledgeable, and understanding. Drove 5 hours from the Rio Grande Valley to purchase from Audi North Austin. This because of the experience, and treatment I was given. I'd recommend them to anyone looking to purchase an Audi.

Terrible service dept. Brought my car in for an oil change, told it would be 45 minutes and am still sitting here 3+ hours later. When I complain about the wait to service adviser Alex all I get is attitude. Now they are trying to force a brake service on me even though I just had a full brake job four months ago at a different dealer.

I'll be going to Audi South from now on.

I recently was in the market for a pre-owned Audi. A quick call to the Audi North Austin dealership and I spoke with Sam Zangoei. He helped me every step of the way. Even bringing the car to me for a test drive during my busy schedule. I will definitely be working with Sam and Audi North Austin again in the future.

Went in late last Sat and bought a (new to me) Audi.. Some minor interior scratches really bothered me, and they verbally promised to take care of them when the detail crew cleaned it on the following Monday. Well, the specialist that needed to fix the scratches was unavailable on Monday so they gave me a brand new loaner car to drive until they could get to this (so minor) issue. When I did pick up the car it was perfect. I really appreciate them going out of their way to stick to their verbal promise, and I'll be back for my next Audi. Great customer service all around!

Worst buying experience ever. Sales wouldn't return call or respond to offer, texts were short and curt. Acted like I'm a nobody and my business didn't matter. Salesman walked around cursing at another employee in front of us. Waited 1.25 hours for car to be cleaned even when I had appt. car still not clean. Only got half a tank of gas. Felt like we were pushed out of the door. They left my plates on the car I traded so now getting toll charges. Called and they blew it off and said my problem and call DMV. Worst customer experience ever. Go to South location to buy. Heard service department is good at North...really hope so as sales department is awful.

Interesting to view the pattern of positive responses after every negative one. Would be interesting to see if actual service tickets match these responses.

Didnt have a good experience with this place. Showed up for AC work, no loaner. Then they started doing the airbag recall without notifying me before they started, another hour and a half wasted. Finally said they had the AC fix, Wasnt. The manager finally gives use a loaner so we can go home and shower. They did a good job of making us feel like children in a adult daycare. $205 later nothing was fixed. Appreciate that. Thanks again!

My buying experience was great! Unfortunately, after being an existing customer or over a year, I fully regret choosing to do business with this specific dealership. The abysmal customer service makes the car payment exceptionally painful and I can t wait to be out of my lease.

Got a GREAT deal but my salesman was a bit dismiss...

Got a GREAT deal but my salesman was a bit dismissive and pushy. Love the car, but be weary as the salesman I got was a bit of a shark salesman. I was wanting to look at other dealers just to look at all my options and see what other cars are out there, and the salesman basically told me if I walk out, their quoted deal was off, and I could not walk away with the quote paper. Felt a bit off because of that, I feel like there should be more standing by the Audi product, but that s just imo. The lady helping with the paperwork was very kind, though. Felt like after the car was purchased, they got what they wanted and didn t really care to continue sharing information about the car. Once I signed, it was kind of a Ok, cool get out of here, now type of vibe. Driving the car for the very first time, I got a flat tire, called the dealership and my salesman, and was told to call roadside assistance. No follow up, to ensure everything was ok on our end or that we were ok. Know it is not exactly the dealerships responsibility, but just highlighting that after everything was said and done there was not much attempts for further support to me as a customer. Luckily enough, though I love the A4 that I bought and have very much been enjoying the actual product.

GPS tracking confirms the service department lies!...

GPS tracking confirms the service department lies!

Had my car for 3 months out of the last 6 fixing it, first the repairs they completed didn t last 1k miles, with the check engine light coming back on and an audible noise coming from the engine compartment, brought it back in and they did absolutely NOTHING. They LIED about working on it and I confirmed this by checking the GPS tracking module in the vehicle which shows when it s started and it s location. Horrible communication, escalated to the general manager RG or RT and no response. Tired of the games these worthless dealerships play. I m picking up my car not fixed and made clear that if any issues arise I will be holding Audi fully accountable for my A3 diesel which is still under warranty for the previous repairs......this is just and extra for the record review at this point. Audi if my car fails due to your inadequate service which I will be holding you fully accountable, including litigation. The absolute worst experience I ve had with a dealership todate.

I didn't have a great experience with Audi North A...

I didn't have a great experience with Audi North Austin. I recently moved to this city and choose this location for my vehicle's annual service. My car is 3.5 yrs old and under warranty. I got a smooth pick up and drop service and the general communication with agent was pretty good as well. I was told car battery has gone bad and needs to be replaced. I got a quote of 313$. I asked - if my car is under warranty, do I need to pay for it and I was told yes. I decided to not get it changed since I was anyways not going to use the car anymore until the work from home is lifted. I was advised by someone to check with other Audi stores and I called Audi South Austin to casually check their take. And... they informed my car is under warranty and the battery change is fully covered. I was so surprised. The took my car next day, replaced the battery and gave it back. I was not charged a penny and my car was washed, cleaned and vacuumed. Btw, Audi North Austin also in my service bill wrote they gave complimentary cleaning of my car which was not true as well, it was as dirty as it went. I don't care so much about the car cleaning confusion. So..choose for yourself for next time. Ask around, before your trust one location. Mine could be a one off, but definitely leaves me doubting the overall quality at this location.

Salesman: Dishonest and very little knowledge of t...

Salesman: Dishonest and very little knowledge of the car model I bought. Told me I was looking at the last BASE model A3 they had at the dealership. When I questioned why I wasn't getting the advertised lease price on the website, he said I didn't have the BASE model. When I said I was unhappy and going to leave he used more dishonest sales tactics to get me to agree on an extremely unfair price. The tactics include stretching the lease from 36 to 42 months and lowering the mileage from 10k to 7,500 miles per year and "paying off" my current lease but adding $100 per month to the monthly lease payment ($4,200 over the life of the lease) when the lease only had $1,500 left on it to be paid off. I understand this is my fault for not catching and stopping it from happening to me but I have been used to being able to trust a salesman for the last 10 years and 4 cars that I had leased from Chevy.
He also told me about a technology the car had that was a HUGE selling point for me that a few days later, after purchasing and not being able to get the tech to work, found out my model doesn't have it. Salesman said, "oh sorry, thats weird all of the models I've seen had that tech. Its because you have the base model . He then literally walked away from me after that. So I DO have the BASE model! I have an Audi and the passenger seat has a lever I have to pull to move it, not power! Seriously?!?
In the finance office, when signing the lease agreement, I asked the finance lady what my residual lease payoff amount would be at the end of the lease and she said $33,000+. I was shocked because the sticker price was that amount. She gave me a long explanation about how Audi does things differently than BMW or Lexus and they keep the residual very high in order to offer lower lease payments. I asked, Why would anyone pay lease payments for years then buyout the car for the original price? Her answer was that no one buys out leases, they just lease a new model at the end of the other lease. After the paperwork for my lease agreement printed, it showed my residual lease payoff amount was $14,000. I brought this up and she said, oh sorry, yea its $14,000 . Another sign that these people were making things up on the spot to get me to sign no matter what. Being someone who is non-confrontational and having my six year old begging to leave after three hours at a dealership, I signed despite all of these warning signs that I was not involved in an honest, fair sale.
The final horrible experience at this dealership was the service department. I was only given one key for the car at purchase and was told another has been ordered. When it arrived my salesman called and told me I could stop by and grab it, that it will only take 10 or 15 minutes to have the key programmed. I stopped by the next night after work and after waiting about 10 minutes for my key to be found the service guy walked over and said to me, you really have a couple hours to wait for this? I told him I was told it was 10 minutes. He laughed at me and said, no you need to make an appointment . So I made an appointment for Saturday. Saturday I dropped the car off and asked to be called when it was finished. I received a call about 40 minutes later and was told the wrong key was ordered for my car. 15 minutes later she called again and said they found another key that would work. An hour later she called and said the car was ready for me to pick up. I got my girlfriend to drop me and my daughter off at the dealership. I went to service to get my car and the lady said they were just hand washing it and it ll be there soon. 30 minutes later I still didn t have my car. This went on for over 2 hours and the service lady was very apologetic and confused as to why my car wasn t being brought to me. Overall it took about 3 hours to get my car after receiving a phone call that my car was ready for pickup.
If buy an Audi, DO NOT GO TO NORTH AUSTIN AUDI!

UPDATE: Emailed the guy who responded to my review and provided all personal contact info now over a week and no contact.

My wife and I had a less than stellar experience shopping for a Audi at this dealership. Spending this amount of money on a vehicle is not a decision i like to rush but clearly they expected us to. Ive never come away from a car dealership actually feeling insulted and rudely treated until this experience. Certainly it is making us re think being a customer of any of this companies family of dealerships which sadly also includes the Austin Porsche dealer now.

Don't take your Audi there for servicing. Their service department is inefficient, inadequate and useless. Always late on servicing, they never fixe the issues reported, are lazy and have an unwilling to help attitude. I never had 1 good experience with these folks. Bought a truck from here a couple months ago. Sam, my salesman was awesome and got me in the truck quickly, even delivering it to my house an hour away. The trouble I had was with the finance department. My paperwork was never submitted to the lender and I had to inquire for over a month before I had to contact the gm to get it resolved. They did end up paying my first payment for the trouble, however I came with my own financing and they used a different finance company without my consent. Just a very disappointing experience.

The experience in this Audi dealer was horrible. B...

The experience in this Audi dealer was horrible. Because of this dealer, we are reconsidering our decision to buy Audi. We went there last week Saturday to buy an Audi Q5 for my husband which he liked online. That Saturday we reached ove there at 12:30 pm and nobody in the office came to ask/offered us any help. We had to go ask them after around 15 mins for help. They said everyone was busy at the moment so we should wait for fee minutes. But those few minutes turned into 1and half hour but still nobody came to help us. So I went yo ask at the front desk again and she got us a pady who knew nothing much. But she held us for almost three hours with just one test drive we did. She took forever to compare two of the Q5 my husband was confused. Finally someone, who was more experienced took over but even after that the guy made us wait for the whole time yo do the credit check, this and that. But still we were patient because we wanted to buy the car the same day after the amount of time we spent there. We went there from Killeen which is one hour frive from the dealer so we didn t want to make the trip again next week but after 6 hours time in which 5 hours was total waste, the guy, Kyle Stover said his manager is too busy to make a final decision on APR percentage we wanted so he adked us to leave today and said he wil call us and give decision on Monday. He said if everything worked out we can pay down payment online and then go buy the vehicle next Saturday. But he was off Monday, Tuesday he didn t respond, Wednesday he said he need our house lease paper as we were new in Texas and we were working on lease. Thursday we sent lease paper, Friday he said they sold the car my husband liked!!! After all the work, time and the hard credit check they did on our account they said they sold the one we liked. He said he will give us the other car (Q5 in same color but the one which my husband didn t really like, had more mileage and more expensive)In the same price So we agreed. He asked us to come to the office at 9 am this morning. We went there at 9:30 in the morning on weekend in rain after all the tiredness we felt after moving home yesterday and after getting there, he says that they are loosing money on the car so he can t give us any discount. Basically he was aking us to pay more money for the car which we didn t like over the other one in first place, had more used miles, no upgraded seats and had two noticeable scratch too. The only reason we wanted to buy that one was because of our credit check which they did. So my husband was like this deal is not that good and all of a sudden Kyle was okay then you don t have to buy it. He wasn t sorry that we missed the car we liked because of him, he said you missed that one cause of me but you don t have to buy this one. It was around $2000 in total difference but still a lot for us as an individual for something we aren t completely happy about but for a company it s nothing, it was more about words. He lied to us to get us to the office to sell the car, he sold the one we actually liked. He knew we wanted Audi so he wanted to take advantage, especially because we didn t have history of auto financing and also he knew we were more concerned about our credit check. He didn t want to listen to our point or asked what was not good to us. He just got so rude and stood up while my husband was still talking, implying that we should leave. We felt disrespected and cheated. It was the worst experience I ever had in any kind of customer service. Right now, we don t even want to think about Audi. That s how it has affected us.

We have an 2016 Audi that we bought somewhere else that was under warranty. Took it in for repairs and there were charges. The other dealerships paid them. Within 4 weeks the front skid plate they put on fell off while driving. They blamed us! Demand we hit something and it was our fault. Called us liars. Made us pay for their damage to our vehicle before they would even give it back to us. Went to the GM with our concerns and he blew us off being extremely rude. I inquired about an Q3 and I asked about financing. When I asked about rates I was told that I couldn t get a low interest loan and the sales person wasn t interested in negotiating with me. They checked my credit twice and snarkly said I d never financed an expensive auto, implying that I couldn t. I ended up getting approval for at a north Dallas Audi dealership but they didn t have the version I wanted. Good thing because I was able to buy a Tesla Model S. Just be warned that the sales people at this location will lie to you over the phone about pricing even when the pricing is viewable online. They will also disparage you got being frugal.

Not the most welcoming place to go for car shopping with sub par facilities for a premium brand.
Seemed like most the cars on the lot were waiting to be serviced.
Facilities are well below average compared to the competitors.

My friend has a 2006 Audi TT replaced his battery and now his radio is stuck in safe mode. Audi owners online and forums stated that in your owners manual if you were to lose your 4 digit code for safe mode you need to contact Audi service and the code is free.

Contacted Audi North Austin and spoke to the service department. Not only were they rude but asked me to bring the vehicle and told me it would be at least $130 to get the stock radio working. I informed him that the owners manual states that this service should be free and he began stuttering and said.. umm no.. I believe it's a $130 to fix. So I asked him again so you are saying that you are charging me $130 for a service that is suppose to be free? He said yeah.. so I told him, "No Thank You".

I would recommend anyone using Audi North Austin for any service.

I was told that this is the only place to have tires put on my Q7 due to its 20" rims being plasti-dipped. The service manager told me last time their type of tire machine costs $20k and his guys specialize in mounting tires to rims like that. As soon as I get it home I see a scratch along the rim. Obviously whoever did it, knew they did it and didn't say anything. I will call and see what they will do and update this review as needed.

Love the configuration of the waiting area, especially cubicles in back, and the fast internet! Service Manager, Tim, went above and beyond in adjusting the charges - exceeding expectations. UPDATE: Although I had an unfortunate experience at the Audi service department on the 24th, Tyler was very sincere and apologetic to my situation. Yesterday, he made it right and I'm thankful for that.

******

Terrible service department.

1000 - Appt scheduled 24 Dec for first oil change. I mentioned that there is an apparent leak to look at. Not bad, but definite leak. She told me it will be 2-3 hrs. Diagnosis would be 24-48 hours. We agreed they will look at my car during the oil change to determine how "severe" the problem is and will let me know.

1500 - I call after not receiving a call all day, service says the car looks fine (no leak) but they will be double checking nd for ME to call back in 15-30 minutes. I gave them 45 and called back - NO ONE ANSWERED. Went straight to Audi and the gates were SHUT.

Today is now 28 Dec and have not received a phone call concerning my vehicle. Luckily, I have a borrowed car to get to and from work.. but this is completely unacceptable.

Tommie and the team at Audi North Austin is fantastic. Everything was perfect at both of my last appointments, plus they even coordinated Lyft rides while they were working on my vehicle. A+ all around.

This place is very nice I just wish they had a better location for their car haulers to come and go so they're not so close to the entrance like a back lot or something where I don't have to see them

I would give zero stars if that was possible. Every time I have visited this dealership in the past several years I have been treated poorly by the sales staff. Last week was no different. The sales person had no idea how leases work and could not explain any of the numbers and did not get any help from the management at the dealer. I have owned a few Audis in the past and have leased vehicles many times. We ended up going to North Park Audi in Selma and had a top notch sales experience with that dealer and leased a car through them. Definitely worth the drive to deal with folks who know what they are doing and treat their customers right.

I received the worst customer service at this Audi location. I received the wrong price on a standard service twice, was misinformed on how long the service would take (ended up being 5 days, when I thought it would be done within one day), and during the process learned that I should actually be negotiating on service prices. I would recommend going to another Audi dealer.

My husband and I purchased a vehicle through their online service. It was practically impossible to get a call back. We are now approximately 4 wks after taking possession of the car and still have no scans of or physical documents that we signed. ( thank god I took pictures!). They did NOT disclose to us that their dealership automatically adds in costs for registering and licensing your vehicle. So they added in over $400 that should not have been taken! Plus they have yet to send any documents to my county to register car! Every time we call they NEVER call back. Our local county called them and they were hung up on! Horrible , horrible customer service!! If I could I would give them zero stars!

I was there last Friday. I walked up to the receptionist to ask her to direct me to a sales rep. I literally stood there for over a minute while she had her head down fussing with her smart phone. There was not even an acknowledgement - ie I ll be with you in a moment. At that point I knew I would not buy a car from that dealership.

We were traveling across country, moving from California to Tennessee, when we encountered an issue that I wanted attended to right away. The folks at Audi of North Austin had my car towed in, diagnosed the issue correctly and had us ready to be back on the road the next day. They we clean, straight forward and no issues the rest of the trip at all. Thanks for a job well done!
