If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I had a service appointment booked for three weeks. They call me and tell me that I have to reschedule due to the fact an advisor is going on vacation, making it my problem when In actuality it is their problem and they think rescheduling my appointment is the solution. I did try and reschedule and they said the next available appointment was 21 days later from my original appointment that I already booked. I asked for the service manager, they said he is unavailable. I left him a voicemail and asked for him to call me back. He has a service scheduler call me back and again try to move my appointment, again I asked to speak with manager and he was unavailable. Still waiting for a call back, worst customer service I have experienced. I d rather drive to San Antonio than ever have my car serviced here.
