I'll get my truck warranty recall work serviced here, but ONLY for convenience purposes as I live in Airdrie. I will not however buy another vehicle from this dealership or bring them any major service after the bad experience I had when I bought my truck. I sure wasn't interested in excuses, nothing I can dos or people passing the buck and I really wasn't impressed when their idea to fix the problem was for me to buy another vehicle with a higher payment? How does that make sense.. My recent warranty recall work was fine though.

We purchased a fabulous used 2016 Jeep Cherokee North in October 2019 through Airdrie Dodge and were very happy with our purchase as well as the salesman that assisted us, Nathan Ray. Due to the hailstorm in June of 2020, this Jeep was written off. Needless to say, we were extremely upset. However, we needed another vehicle and so back to Airdrie Dodge we went. Nathan, helped us out, once again, and now we are proud owners of a brand new 2020 Jeep Gladiator! I would highly recommend Nathan and Airdrie Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram!
I purchased a vehicle from Airdrie Dodge in June from Alisha. Start to finish the experience was more than I could have asked for! I had expressed several months ago that I was on the hunt for a specific vehicle, and had Alisha keep her eye out for something that might peek my interest. Once they had received one, she contacted me and told me I HAD to come see this Durango. It was EXACTLY what I was looking for and it had me sold on the spot. DO NOT GO HERE unless you like to be talked to like your 5 years old and treated like a problem not a returning customer. This is my first one star review ...ever....This review is specifically for the Service department ONLY. Reception was okay, although getting any information on service details was like pulling teeth. Upon arrival I checked in and treated to the worst service experience I have been part of thanks to Brandon (had to edit this as I thought his name was Brennan as he barely mumbles out his own name) he was sarcastic, uninformed, lazy and in the end would not make eye contact or even face me when I talked to him. I am currently dealing with a mobility disability and made it clear I had come from south Calgary, (an hour drive out to the dealership) arrived an hour early just after 8 am and repeatedly mentioned that I wanted to get back to Calgary ASAP. He had no knowledge on anything automotive and would only fill me in on what charges may be incurred (ie: any idea on cost for this fix? Brandon - "No but we will most likely charge you a diagnostic fee.."...FYI we were discussing a windshield wiper and at no time did he leave his seat I pointed out the broken peg....he simply said I do not do diagnostics.....While I get he is no rocket scientist or even a mechanic - I would assume you would employ car knowledgeable employees, but if nothing else would employ Service Receptionists that CATER TO, this one might be a stretch....but CUSTOMER SERVICE. I call back 6 hours later and this is when the sarcasm and disrespect reached a new level with Brandon......Long story short - my car was out back and not started and they had no idea if it would be even finished by the days end, only time Brandon seemed happy was when I said I felt disrespected and was taking my vehicle back, at which point he thanked me! THE AUDACITY of this man was mind blowing, I had to literally take my keys off the wall as he would not get off the phone to give me my keys when I returned 6 hours later. No work had been done except the car was moved out back and slightly dirtied. - Before you write this review off - take a look at the review I have posted for Courtesy Chrysler (Gleendeer Crc, Calgary) who restored my sanity and treated a PAYING customer with respect and dignity all people expect.
I'm pretty sure they did a great job with my vehical but I think the service I got today was terrible.
I brought my young daughter in with me and asked for a shuttle back to calgary. I knew it was going to be difficult. With moving the car seat ect. I expected the shuttle in 20 to 30 min. After 50 min I called my mom to come and get me. I told them I had a ride coming and didnt need the shuttle anymore. The response was "oh I thought they already picked you up?" I dont know how that could have happened since my car seat was sitting right beside that person. Maybe if they were busy they could have forgotten about us but it did not seem busy to me. We were there for 90 min before my ride got there. That is a long time for a 2 year old to wait. I was not pleased either.
No one seemed to care or even apologize. I will be taking my long standing business somewhere else from now on.

Other Calgary dodge dealership wanted me to change out egr cooler at 3k. Airdrie technicians found the problem to be just a air filter. They also performed a free inspection, did warranty work on leaky grease fitting, and provided a list of detailed maintenance recommendations. Would highly recommend. Great job.

My wife and I were looking to buy a used Ram 1500. We found a couple at Airdrie Dodge. We had an appointment with Nathan but he was busy with another customer. Nathan introduced us to Keith. Keith showed us the 2 trucks we were interested in. After test driving both trucks, we decided on the 2015 Ram. After some negotiations, Keith managed to get us a good deal on the truck. John in the finance department was very friendly and helpful. He explained what we needed from the bank and our insurance company. John also asked us about the undercoating and paint and fabric protection. The day we picked the truck up, we met with Keith. He took us to John's office while he went to get the truck. After all the paperwork was done, Keith had the truck out front.

In 2012, I purchased a new 2012 RAM 1500 Sport from Airdrie Chrysler. My salesman was Sean Miles. His product knowledge is incredible. Sean put together an attractive offer that quickly led to a deal. Now in 2016 and since my previous buying experience was so positive, I decided to return to Airdrie Chrysler to trade in the RAM for an SUV. This time Jim Prizeman was my salesman. He too, had terrific product knowledge and made negotiations easy to arrive at a deal. Luq Mirza handled the financing. He was very knowledgeable and put together a couple financing package so that we could choose the one that works best for us.

Recently purchased a vehicle that unfortunately we couldn't find locally as our vehicle preferences were a bit unique. The 3 hour drive to Airdrie was well worth it. Chris and Adam made things happen in a quick and efficient way and were as friendly and helpful as you could ask. Though the truck we purchased was four years old they had it looking like new when we picked it up. Full tank of gas and oil changed as well.

The entire customer experience was seamless and pleasant. The appointment was booked easily online for the day and time I desired. The service advisor used my name in greeting at the service bay. The car servicing was completed in a timely manner, considering how busy they were! The service even included shuttle service to/from my home! I have used this dealership for my last two vehicle purchases and all of the services associated with those vehicles and will continue to do so! The only two suggestions I have would be to have hand sanitizer in the waiting room or at the entrance to the waiting room, and to have more physical distancing between waiting room seats (it s a small room and not enough room for customers to wait with distancing).

My caravan was recently in for it's regular maintenance servicing and a few other minor issues. Melissa was great to deal with... she even offered her cell number for fast, one-on-one communication. The work was done quickly and my caravan has never run better! It would be a 5 star rating if the carpets had been vacuumed. I know many people that bring their vehicles to their dealership for regular servicing, and they're returned vacuumed. Lol...I would REALLY appreciate something like that! :)

I showed up on a Saturday morning months ago to look around and was met outside by Jim Prizeman. It was a nice change to visit with someone who wasn't just there to have a smoke or make idol kill some time chit chat. But rather Speaking with a guy who knew his business and knew the Challenger I was looking for. I took several months to make a move but i figure'd the whole time I would be making the deal with Jim.
When he printed an offer, I knew from others listings I didn't need to shop any further and was assured exactly what i was getting having to custom order it.
All of the staff are super friendly easy going, very helpful, informative and leave you without pressure to make your own decision. The service was good, the cost wasn't as great as I was expecting, as the quote caused me to reduce the tires I replaced, it didn't reflect buy three get one free! I am new to Airdrie and was looking for a service center that provides good service at a reasonable cost.
I contacted Airdrie Dodge by email, to inquiry about a vehicle they had on Facebook. I promptly received the answers to my questions, made an appointment with a Sales Rep, (T.G. Pawlak) for a look and test drive for the next day. We were looking for almost exactly what they had. We were curious about the vehicle and went there that evening. T.G. Pawlak meet us there, but he was on his way home. Great guy, he stayed to service us happily. He showed us the vehicle, gave us a very knowledgeable description of the features it had, its performance stat etc.... There was no pressure from him, it felt like he was helping us buy a vehicle, not trying to sell us a vehicle. We decided right there it was the vehicle for us. New Update. Transport Canada didn't feel the same way as this dealership in regards to deploying head rests. It s actually a safety issue that shouldn t be swept under the rug. Don t trust this dealership with your money and safety of your family. I shouldn t of had to wait for an investigation for this to be taken serious. You endangered of my life and the life of others trying to cover up a major recall.
The Divisional and Regional Management team are only out for your money. They do not care about your safety or concerns. I recently had a head rest deploy while driving at 110KM and instead of doing serious due diligence I was told it wasn t covered under warranty and I would need to pay over $700. There is a class action lawsuit in the US regarding the same issue "inferior plastic that is prone to crack was used for the critical bracket in the AHR system". It was found that substandard and insufficient materials were used. I just hope that they didn t use the same material for the other headrest in my vehicle and that nobody is seriously injured because the lack of care or concern here. The only way this will be taken seriously is unfortunately if something terrible happens. FCA provides a Goodwill Warranty but apparently for management this wasn t a serious enough incident. I have spent $1000s at this dealership over the last 5 years and am a loyal Jeep customer. All they care about is money. The Sales Team will call you every month to see if you want to buy a new vehicle. They will send you emails telling you to bring your vehicle in and buy a new one because your Warranty has expired, even tho you had a year/60,000KM left at the time. They do not do what is right for the consumer. Bottom Line its all about Money and not about the Customer. Your Safety does not matter and shame on this dealership and the Regional Office for not taking this issue seriously. When this recall is announced I will gladly take an apology from you.

When this causes a serious injury or fatality you can explain to the court how this was brought to FCA and to your attention and it wasn t within warranty guidelines so not your problem. Nobody should have to force a recall when something is so obvious and dangerous. I guess common sense or decency is not part of those guidelines. I will wait for the recall. With the amount of lawsuits in the US it s a matter of time. I have always been loyal to Jeep and shopping local but I cannot support this. The fact that you are willing to let me get back on the road knowing my other headrest could deploy at any moment is absurd. Have you ever heard the saying... Do the right thing because it s the right thing to do . I will take my $60,000 and go elsewhere and encourage others to do the same because this is a by the book dealership and not a know and respect your customer dealership.
Your response was expected blaming FCA and taking no responsibility. Jeep made the vehicle and you sold it. In my opionon you share the responsibility. I could sit here and argue all day but in the end my point is proven by your emotionless and robotic response.
I am extremely upset with the way Chrysler has handled my mechanical problem. The refuse to do the repair under warranty and want to charge me $24,000.00 to do the repair. I explained my issue to a few other mechanics including Cummins diesel mechanics and they said the reason Chrysler gave me for not honoring the warranty was highly unlikely. I would suggest that if you are thinking about spending a fair chunk of money on their extended warranty to save your money or avoid purchasing a product through them altogether.

Been here twice, will never go back and will be telling all our friends and family to avoid this place as both times were a complete disaster. We are also looking for a new vehicle and this business has turned us off from every purchasing a Dodge. The service is lazy,unprofessional and do not care about clients time or money...they will try to charge you for every nonsense "services rendered". Save yourself a headache and hassle of dealing with this chaotic/money hungry business.. Double check your receipts.
I started with 5 stars as John the finance guy was so amazing. However, the next day after I bought my Jeep I could not get the Sirius Guardian app to connect. Of course I went through them first to ensure it was not user error. I then messaged my sales person who told me to just bring it in. Now here is where I can no longer give 5 stars. I was treated extremely rude by the service department and then my sales person came out to have a look. The whole time I felt like I was inconveniencing people until they realized yes it was in fact the vehicle and not user error. I was a little shocked by how much the service person seemed to hate her job. I was a customer sitting there watching her roll her eyes at each call. Hopefully when I bring it in on Monday (which lets face it less then a week after I bought it I am inconvenienced) hopefully things will be better,. Perhaps lessons from John on customer service are needed.

I can t express in words how amazing my experience was with Airdrie Dodge. I have had bad experiences with dealerships in the past and it always makes me a bit anxious when looking for a new car. I was blown away by how great Steve McFarlane was, no pressure, just an honest urgency to get me into the vehicle that I loved. The Finance team was great and super fast. Thank you Luq and new guy John! The entire process pretty much took two days. One day to shop and get my information. The next day for the finance team and pick up. So fast and thorough! I love my new Jeep. I can t thank the team there enough!
Everything was done correctly other then resetting the oil life monitor left some uncertainty the job was done. Great service here normally though
Service department needs work...
I took my 2003 Dodge Ram in for service because there was a lot of play in the steering, and the heater would sometimes only blow cold air. After being charged over $3000 and taking my truck in twice, the truck still has the same problems, and I was told "nothing can be done" about the steering problem. This does not seem like a good way to run a service department.
I have contacted the service manager (Steve Forman) and the dealer principal (Brad Styner) about the issue. As a consumer, I expect this situation to be remedied without receiving another big repair bill, as I have already spent $3000 on repairs for problems that were not fixed. I will update this review after I see how they will deal with this situation...
*UPDATE*
Got a call from their service manager. After being told last time that there was nothing they could do, they now want to replace another $2000 worth of parts to fix the steering, and still can't find the problem with the heater. They offered to cover some of the cost, but enough is enough already. It seems as if they don't know how to troubleshoot, and just replace parts at the customer's cost until the problem goes away. I am finished dealing with these guys, and I will not be returning again.

Helpful, no pressure, knowledgeable and efficient staff, competitive prices and no surprises. I particularly appreciated their no-fees approach - the negotiated price plus GST is what you pay - and the absence of any hard up-selling for extended warranty and other unrequired add-ons. Will definitely take my business there again.

Overall, a positive experience. The salesperson, Chris Fennell, was very helpful and good to deal with. He kept in touch, without being over bearing and I am very pleased with the vehicle I purchased.The only off note was, I noticed when driving my new car home, the gas tank was less than half full.
By far the best vehicle buying experience I have ever had. They had a lot of different types of trucks for me to choose from. My salesman was Leo. He was absolutely phenomenal. He was easy to talk to and he really, REALLY knows his stuff. The communication he kept with me during the experience was quick and honest. The other sales people I chatted with there were also very friendly but sorry...Leo is my guy!!! The finance department were quick and efficient and explained everything perfectly.
