Having stayed several days in October 2017, in this excellent hotel of the Sheraton chain, I am surprised by some reviews ..
Arrived by a night flight, the reception was very correct, despite the late hour.

A very large bedroom, immaculate, with a huge dressing room and a magnificent bathroom. was assigned to us.
.The king size bed, soft and comfortable, allowed us to recover well.

The next morning, in the pretty dining room, a "" Butler ", very classic, and charming, served us orange juice, pan cakes, sunny set eggs ... and the buffet, very attractive, offered, all the possible pastries, yogurts and compotes .. and of course, the hams, salmon, and raw vegetables usual for a hotel of this category ..

The swimming pool is in height, very calm and very sunny. You will like!
I would add that all the staff, whatever their function, are .... and friendly .... and competent .. !!

We booked a three night stay for our wedding weekend. I must say Housekeeping and Room Service made this weekend one to remember. I asked for our room to be cleaned after 4p since we had a late wedding and my bride tribe stayed with me the night before the wedding. I want to expeess sincere gratitude to Juliet in housekeeping. I attempted to decorate the room but she took it a step further and created a nice decore for my wedding night. Set out the wine on ice, wine glasses, flowers everywhere, candles and bed swans it was Perfect!

What great place to meet with family from out of town to catch up on old times and laugh. I laughed and laughed with my sister and brother in law and enjoyed a few hours with them. Thank you Sheraton Suites.

I stayed here one night for a business trip. The iron wasn't working. The coffee maker was leaking. So just had to go to 0730 meeting without ironing the clothes. they had a good bedside dedicated cell phone charging station.

Very nice rooms. Great staff. Restaurant service a bit slow. Construction going on all around the hotel but not a big deal. Convenient to the airport and to the arena. Definitely will stay there again. Staff was very attentive and checked on us several times during our stay. Concierge lounge was modest size but very nice. Good food and great people.

Stayed at the 8th floor of the hotel, the suite is in good shape, everything looks fairly new, no smell. Club lounge for platinum member is small but adequate, breakfast was not fancy but had all the essential. Scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, yogurt, fruits, cereal, oatmeal, a espresso machine that's available 24/7. Rooftop pool was a nice 86 deg. Spa is available. Even got a sauna room.

The rooms are up to standard.
The breakfast could be improved by the addition of fresh vegetables.
The fitness center is great and the rooftop pool is fantastic.

In general very nice suites (two rooms plus bath). Clean. Friendly staff.
But: We had a room with windows to the gray courtyard. This would not have been a problem for me, but obviously the air condition aggregate for the complete hotel was located inside this courtyard causing a so high noise level inside the room that I think we wouldn't have slept if we weren't that tired from an exhausting day.
From our point the rooms located to this noisy courtyard cannot be given to guests as the permanent noise is really disgusting!

We booked conference space. Due to water damage, our team was put in a suite. There was no prior notice. The room was smaller than expected, the internet did not work, and we paid much more than if we had just booked an executive suite. There are also exorbitant service fees tied to conference services (as in most hotels). When I called to review how the event took a wrong turn, the hotel staff put me on hold for more than 20 min, and said their phone lines are broken. It's unacceptable to leave someone on hold for 20 minutes. The office also claimed a "spark" caused an error in credit card processing, and I was sent cryptic emails and left a voicemail saying there was an urgent issue - the issue: needing a credit card number again because of their system failures. So, accounting is down, phones are down, WiFi is down, and there's a water issue - and I still had to pay all of the conference fees.

Beyond disappointed.

Surprisingly clean and spacious because exterior landscape is still very much under construction. Staff friendly and knowledgeable. Didn't try bar or restaurant. Advertised small plates at bar is non existent.

Stayed overnight for business in Davie. Excellent selection of food at restaurant. Used gym and pool after long day, and both were quite enjoyable and we'll equiped. Staff is friendly, and other than a little construction in the area had an excellent stay at the Sheraton Suites.

When visiting family in South Florida, we generally stay here a couple nights. It's out of the way from any hustle and bustle but not too far away from the highway and things to do. The staff is always very accommodating and the rooms have always been very pleasant.
