Airdrie Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM Review

Unacceptable service with a warranty issue. Apparently stored codes are only there to cause headaches not for diagnosing issues. Very little accountability on behalf of there service. My vehicle had the exact same issue in under an hour of taking back possession of the vehicle. When I later tried to get ahold of the service department the advisor I had dealt with was busy with another client and was going to "get back to me" 1 week later still waiting. Threatened to charge me shop fees for an all clear diagnosis once confronted about the vehicle at the time of possession.

I was met by T G Pawlak and he was very quick to take me to the vehicle even though it was in for it's safety. There was no decision of other vehicles or anything that I had feared. T G then took me to meet John Voong for financing. John did a great job in getting me financing and it was done very quickly. This is the third vehicle I have bought here. Both my other vehicles had been wonderful vehicles and both lasted me a very long time one of which I had bought from T G. All in all the whole experience was better then I could have asked for and I would recommend this dealership to my friends and family and anyone looking to get a new or used vehicle.

Everything was great! The only thing I found dissapointing is how dirty my vehicle was after I picked up. It was so dusty that a cloud of dirt came off when I closed my door. I guess detailing isn't something that they do at this dealership so I can't discredit them, I'm just used to picking up a nice shiny vehicle after maintenance. Other than that, Brandon was super upfront and communicative about everything and I'd still go back to this dealership for maintenance

I recently bought a Jeep Sahara from Airdrie Dodge Jeep. The experience was seamless and great. It was my first time buying new and Darryl walked me through the process knowledgably and patiently. At no time did I feel pressured or uncomfortable with the experience and purchased my Jeep with confidence. i went in to go and get a new truck after months of beeing out of town and was basically written off at that point as i had been away for a while. all the sales lady cared about was getting me in the doors. i am a father with very little time and i am in a bad physical state. i told them that the first time i had went in all those months ago. so because of this recent terrible experiance i decided to buy a toyota. best decision of my life.

Terrible dealership. If you want to get ripped off and lose a LOT of $$$ this is the place for you! I went in over the weekend to look at a new Cherokee. Slightly disappointed with the power even in the V6 but decided it would be adequate. Nobody available to do an appraisal on my 2011 Chrysler 200 that I wanted to trade in. Our salesman Jim Prizeman asked us to return for the appraisal at a later date. I drove back to Airdrie (from Calgary) 2 days later with the car I wanted to trade in. That's where everything went sideways. After waiting almost an hour for the appraisal process (the test drive took 15 minutes and Jim came along with us telling us where we can and can't go no Highway allowed too worried about the windshield). After the waiting I was insulted and overwhelmed by their greed! 2011 Chrysler 200 trade offered was $4000. I can't find a Chrysler 200 for less than $9000 anyplace in Canada dealer or private sale. The GM dealership next door has a 2011 Chrysler 200 they are asking $18,850 for. Canadian Black Book says Trade in Value is Low=$5025 High=$7110. Canadian Black Book says Average Asking Price=$10,664 Average KM=70,001. Actual sold vehicles from CBB all 2011's 190,000km=$6500 105,000km=$7,800 88,000km=$9,795 81,000km=$10,987 80,000km=$11,995 These are all actual final sale prices. Given that these vehicles sold for what they did I feel that the Low=$5025 and High=$7110 that Canadian Black Book quotes seems right in line with the market values realized. Airdrie Dodge is TOTALLY OUT TO LUNCH if they think I'm going to trade in a vehicle that easily sells for $8000-$10000 for $4000. They said they have this "software" that evaluates and gives prices for our market. Jim said the rental companies are dumping lots of these on the market and driving the price down. Hmmmm, I guess only the rental companies right around Airdrie bought 200's then as other dealerships seem to value this vehicle grossly higher than Airdrie Dodge. The worst thing was at the end when I grabbed the paperwork (trade in quotes and photocopy of MY registration) and Jim said I can't take those, and rudely/forcibly snatched then out of my hand. What do you mean I can't take these I said. It's a photocopy of MY registration and trade in details of MY car. That's MY personal information. I snatched the paperwork right back from Jim and said Yeah, what are you gonna do about it, as I walked out the door! I realized then WHY Jim really didn't want my to have the paperwork The complete insult of a totally lowball offer is memorialized there. I have on paper the actual proof of just how greedy and cheap this dealership is. Why else would he care if I took it? It's all my info! If I was happy with the numbers and said I just want to take this home and show my wife I'm sure they would have no problem with that. This was a waste of time, very same day I made an appointment with Raj at Crowfoot Chrysler and they gave me an appraisal of $6500 on the exact same trade in to purchase the exact same Cherokee, only difference was that Crowfoot had the exact color I wanted (Airdrie didn't have stock on my favorite color). Make the drive to Calgary, more dealerships!!! These guys are the only Chrysler in town in Airdrie and they sure act like they know it!
WORST CAR SHOPPING EXPERIENCE EVER!!!! GREEDY GREEDY GREEDY !!! I now wouldn't buy a vehicle here even if there wasn't a trade involved. They care only about the bottom line $$$ and are more than willing to pay you less than HALF of what your car is worth. STAY AWAY FROM AIRDRIE DOGDE....RIP OFF ARTISTS!!!!

After dealing with crummy dealerships in Regina, SK I looked online and found the truck I've been looking for at Airdrie Dodge. Emailed for some more information, Eric replied quickly. I called with some more questions and before I knew it we had a deal worked out for the purchase!

Eric was very easy to deal with and replied quickly with answers to my questions. I flew in to Calgary early on a Saturday morning and they had Chris come meet me at the airport and take me up to Airdrie! I was able to hangout at the dealership until it opened and the rest of the staff showed up to get the paperwork completed. By 10am I was on the road home to Regina with my new Ram 2500 and an ear-to-ear grin on my face!

On a rainy Monday morning I went to the dealership for the 2016 Ram Rebel, Ryan Murdoch introduced me to Ryan Ully who was with me for the entire time from checking out the vehicle to test driving, paperwork and getting the vehicle ready the next day. This guy never pressured me to buy the vehicle but rather patiently working with me. He never get tired of honestly answering my questions. Couple of days later I phoned up Ryan Ully for wiper blades and he changed it out for free!

The sales staff didn t like me very much, and they made that pretty clear. They did find me the right vehicle and the right price but it took a lot of asking and perusing from my part. I am sad that they did not aprechiate my business regardless, and in the end no one even congratulated me or thanked my for my purchase... which was my first new vehicle ever. Sales staff did bare minimum customer service wise, I was not shown features on my vehicle, unless I asked how does this work or explained much in an informative or beneficial manner. I do think that sales staff, new or old should be equipped with product knowledge to best benefit their customers who are purchasing.
I am extremely happy with John finance manager, he got me the best interest rate at the bank and explained all finances in detail with professionalism and knowledge.
In the end, after I purchased the sales manager gave me FREE floor mats and a replacement key, which turned the experience around for me into something good

I recently purchased a dodge grand caravan from this dealer and they were absolutely fantastic. T.G was very friendly and made the purchase stress free. You can really tell thatthey car so much about their customers. T.G actually drove me to the registry to register the vehicle. They gave me an under coating of the car for free. Adam was also very welcming and explaned everything well. I was actually able to complete the purchase in less than 24hrs from when I stepped in.

Good service. Ready on time . Had a recall service done. Was surprised that updates to the computer system are not free, these updates are required for your vehicle to run properly. disappointing that you pay good money already for a vehicle and than have to continually pay for updates.

The entire staff is friendly and courteous, and did what that had to do to get the deal done. I am extremely happy the outcome. James Prizeman was very helpful and informative. I was a pleasure doing business with him and everyone else.

I bought my Ram 1500 Last year and all I can say is the service is top notch. TG Pawlak was my sales man and he goes out of his way to make sure the process is running smoothly. This dealership and all the salesman and people working their do such an outstanding job. I would recommend this place any say.

The people are nice, but a bit phoney. They say things like, Sign this paper, it says we will not use your personal information for third party s. I read the paper, it specifically says they will share my data with third party s.... I also love the new 1000 dollar processing fee they introduced. Makes me feel great that I m paying a grand for them to do the paper work that needs to be done. Lastly, the manager there is a goof. He s lucky I didn t choke him out for talking down to me. Nice vehicles though!
