The entire customer experience was seamless and pleasant. The appointment was booked easily online for the day and time I desired. The service advisor used my name in greeting at the service bay. The car servicing was completed in a timely manner, considering how busy they were! The service even included shuttle service to/from my home! I have used this dealership for my last two vehicle purchases and all of the services associated with those vehicles and will continue to do so! The only two suggestions I have would be to have hand sanitizer in the waiting room or at the entrance to the waiting room, and to have more physical distancing between waiting room seats (it s a small room and not enough room for customers to wait with distancing).
