I started with 5 stars as John the finance guy was so amazing. However, the next day after I bought my Jeep I could not get the Sirius Guardian app to connect. Of course I went through them first to ensure it was not user error. I then messaged my sales person who told me to just bring it in. Now here is where I can no longer give 5 stars. I was treated extremely rude by the service department and then my sales person came out to have a look. The whole time I felt like I was inconveniencing people until they realized yes it was in fact the vehicle and not user error. I was a little shocked by how much the service person seemed to hate her job. I was a customer sitting there watching her roll her eyes at each call. Hopefully when I bring it in on Monday (which lets face it less then a week after I bought it I am inconvenienced) hopefully things will be better,. Perhaps lessons from John on customer service are needed.
