I live in Leduc and was down over Easter weekend when my truck broke down in Calgary. I had it towed to this dodge dealership and the service I got was incredible. To start off on Saturday s they usually do routine maintenance ( oil changes, tire rotation etc. ) but after learning on my situation they agreed that they would look at my truck that day.
They truly cared about making sure that my vehicle got home safely. When my vehicle was fixed they continued to test it for two days afterwards to ensure that it was fully ready to go. Melissa was a treat to deal with with great customer service leaving me feel confident with my decision to leave my truck there while I returned back to Leduc. If I could give a better review I would :)

I have always got my vehicles from Airdrie Dodge, and wouldn't go anywhere else. Always exceptional and friendly service. Keith helped my significant other, dad and myself out with new vehicles and he made the process so easy. Would highly recommend checking out Airdrie Dodge for new or used vehicles.

Today I had the need for a vacuum line for my Jeep that I was working on and even tho the parts department didn't have the exact part I needed, one of their techs came out to get a fuel pump for their current repair order. The tech (Mark) went to his bench and brought me a line that would work that he had laying around.
This to me is what I call good service. I am a Service Manager at a local RV Dealer and this is exactly what I would expect from my staff.

Just bought a 2020 Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk at Airdrie Dodge. Love the new vehicle and it's many features. Had a safety issue with my driver's side windshield wiper coming home off nights in inclement weather on a Saturday morning. After a quick nap, I went to the service express hoping for a fix. Dave, the service technician popped my hood and with a couple wrenches rectified my problem right there in the service line, no charge. I went back to work later that day ( in bad weather) fully confident and thankful for the service I have always recieved from Airdrie Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram .

I had the best, laid back stress free time purchasing a vehicle from TG Pawluk, with the help of john Voong. These guys are phenomenal to deal with, very nice and caring guys! would recommend TG to anybody thinking about purchasing a new or used vehicle.

Staff was very friendly, informative, & even though the tech guys still haven t taken their lunch, a little while overdue, they were willing to get my truck done, so that I could get my busy schedule going again. I'm giving a bad review simply because of all the bullshit stories I've heard about this place in the last year. Word of mouth is more crucial in airdrie than you think. Your service department is absolute crap and sounds like your guys don't know anything. I would rather light 50k on fire than by a truck from you guys.

Keith and John made this an extremely enjoyable experience. All I had to do was sign and drive away, they did everything else for me!

Overall the service was adequate, my vehicle is fixed. However, customer service seems to be problematic. This is my 3rd time visiting your location, and 2 out of the 3 times have a poor impression that I would not recommend to anyone. The first day my vehicle was being serviced I did not receive a phone call regarding the status. At 430pm my husband called to learn that it has not been looked at. It was dropped off at 750am. The service rep quickly called for a rental and everything was well. The following day (Tuesday), the service rep informed me it would take another day and the rental car has been extended, great. On Wednesday, the service rep informed me my vehicle was ready. I called the service rep back and requested to be picked up at rental facility as I have a car seat and a 2 year old. After returning the rental car, I waited 10 minutes for the shuttle prior to calling the dealership. I called the dealership 5 times with no answer. At this time, since it was not that far for an adult to walk but a long walk for my 2 year old, especially with a car seat and half way through needing to be carried. When I arrived I explained to the service rep what happened and asked if a service manager to contact me. It's been 24 hours and I have heard nothing. I really do not feel you value your customers and I do not see the reason to visit your location any further. I don't care to go to the closest location because it's convenient I rather visit a location because they value their customers. I should have listened to my instincts the first time I visited your location.

Upon my husbands and my visit to Airdrie Dodge from Edmonton. We got a real down home experience from Ryan. That's something we hadn't felt from a dealership before. Thanks Ryan for your honesty and it was a pleasure working with you on this new ram truck. Ryan and Adam had all the paperwork ready and waiting for when we arrived. Service leaves a bit to be desired, have had a few less than stellar experiences, not with the workmanship but with the advisors.

Definitely a 5* rating! Have never had better service at a dealership before. Showed up at 4pm with something wrong with my axel and from the moment I walked in Dale was friendly and fantastic pointed me in the right direction, then had Brandon there to help. With the help of their manager and mechanic team took me in and got my car fixed within 24 hrs! I was headed on a 7 hr drive home and they managed to get it all fixed! Better than the week of waiting at my local dealership. Then the next day I had time to spare while they worked on it, not only does Brandon recommend something for me to do but offers to hold onto my overnight bag so I didn t have to carry it around. Next comes their shuttle driver, friendly and genuinely interested in the people he drives around. A wonderful team all around very impressed! Thanks again!

From the moment I walked in, my sales rep (Keith) actually listened to my needs and was able to show me the truck I required instead of trying to up sell me on a truck I didn t need. Keith s knowledge of his product was outstanding and I couldn t have felt more comfortable during the whole sales process. It was a breath of fresh air not having to deal with high pressure sales!

The finance department was amazing as well and very versed on how to get me the best deal possible. They asked the right questions and found me the financing that I needed and the warranty plan best suited for my situation.

I have never purchased a vehicle before, only had cars handed down. The first time experience was one that caused me a lot of anxiety and had me put off looking at buying a vehicle for quite some time. I was told to visit Airdrie Dodge and I am soooooo glad that I did!

Luq, the used car sales manager, first got a detailed understanding of what preferences I had and what budget I had before he paired me up with a great salesman named Nate.

Nate did such an incredible job! 10/10 customer service and highly recommended to anyone looking for honest, unbiased advice. He spent hours with me, test driving multiple vehicles and frequently getting new recommendations. He really let me push the vehicles on the test, while offering insights about fuel economy and other features of the vehicles. He was very friendly and helpful and reassuring throughout the process.

Once I figured out the car I wanted, I was introduced to Adam in finance to help me apply for the car loan. I've never signed a bill of sale, but Adam made it so easy and explained every document I was signing and what everything meant. He was also very reassuring and made my experience so enjoyable.

Service dept is terrible. Told me that my transmission on my vehicles (only 55, 000kms) was needing replacement. Tole me it was likely because of my "driving habits". I keep my vehicles well maintained and don't drive like a maniac! I don't appreciate being told this by a dealership. Went to another auto shop - AVOID THESE SERVICE GUYS!

Purchased a new Dodge 1500 from Airdrie Dodge recently, the experience from start to finish was amazing. We felt at ease and confident in our purchase thanks to the awesome staff, especially Ryan Ully.

I came in Saturday afternoon looking for a new vehicle, Jordan did everything he could to get me the very best deal on a truck I liked. He was very professional, and kept everything very straight forward and honest. Exceptional experience with everyone I met during the process.

My disappointing experience with the service department has me convinced to avoid this dealership.
Was quoted nearly $1600 for AC Repairs: 7 hrs. labor and $456/90 in parts.
Actual cost of repair: <1hr and $142 for the part if ordered new (auto wrecker was $20).
The mark-up is incredibly over-inflated, they'll sell you unneeded parts, and it leaves the impression that they will gouge and rake you over the coals to meet their bottom line.

We purchased our sixth vehicle from Airdrie Chrysler today. Over the the past 24 years we have always been treated fairly, from sales through service and parts. Sean our salesman is an exceptional person, he went above and beyond to help us get the truck we really wanted and he delivered. He also managed to get all of the accessories we wanted installed and ready on time for delivery. John was most helpful in getting the purchase agreement finalized, was very thorough and answered all of our questions, even had the registration completed for us and a new plate delivered and installed for us. Nathan did a great job of explaining the various features and helped us understand all of the neat stuff our truck came with. Its always a team effort and these people all work really well together to satisfy you the client and your requirements, thank-you all. I have dealt with a couple of other dealerships as well, but Airdrie Chrysler is head and shoulders above the others. If you are looking for an honest and service oriented dealership check out Airdrie Chrysler, I did 24 years ago and they are my go to dealership.

Made a bad thing right. They made an error putting my tranny back together which caused fluid to leak and run dry unexpectedly. Called them and they brought it in and fixed it and thelrew in a free detailing!

I came in with an issue with the air conditioning system in my Ram 1500. They inspected it and found the problem. They were fast friendly and I now have cool air and it is comfortable in this heat.

Do NOT buy a car from them!! I bought a 2015 dodge journey and it broke down 3 weeks in because of a faulty battery. They recalled the battery but for 3 weeks refused to give me a rental car even though i had it on the gold warrenty. They said they couldn't supply a rental until their mechanics "prooved" that was the problem. Which it was in the end. Somebody hit the car and fled the scene when it was broken down from the faulty battery and now i have to pay for the body damage!! It rruined my insurance and they have done nothing but ignore my daily phone calls!! I missed multiple days of work because of it and had to get my boss to pick me up every day dor 3 weeks. I almost lost my job. They lied to me countless times and done nothing to help

TG Pawlak was awesome. took great care of us. the truck we bought had a few scratches. they set up free repair in edmonton and it went smooth and easy. totally happy. nothing but good things to say!!!

Very poor service. My appt was confirmed by an email and phone call. I arrive sit in front of service doors. Sit for 10 minutes. Drive over to Express only to find out service is closed on Saturdays. Think the person who walked past me when I was sitting would have wondered what I was doing and informed me. So now everyone who was before me in Express lane. They proceeded to blame me for this problem because I was ticked of and embarrassed myself. Is what they told me
