Airdrie Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM Review

Out of curiosity, I started talking to Jim about a new caravan for my daughter before Christmas. She was not sure that she could afford to trade her 5 year old Caravan for a new one and was very undecided. JIm promised that he would do everything he could to help, whenever she was ready. No pressure at all! Then, he called as a follow up and advised the Chrysler rep was in the showroom until Saturday, with some additional incentives. Excellent follow up! By this time, we had a very good idea what Cassie wanted in a new vehicle, thanks to Jim's questions, suggestions and guidance, Once there, he showed us 5 Caravans in stock on the lot. We did a test drive and came to a final decision. Once there, with assistance from Chris and Clark, we had the financing done and approved, with payments that where affordable. As well as the new vehicle, we were able to include the Gold Plan extended warranty and compete Masterguard protection package in the financing. In short, it was a deal that we could not refuse. Now, my daughter has no vehicle worries for 5 years, and I have no worries that my 2 grand-children are riding in a safe vehicle.

I recently purchased a 2019 Jeep Cherokee from Airdrie Chrysler and had the very best experiences every step of the way. Nick Bannon was my salesman and he was informative and genuine without every being pushy. I really felt like Nick worked hard on my behalf to get me what I was looking for and ultimately into my new Jeep. Everyone in the sales team and finance office were efficient, knowledgeable and friendly and able to help me to make informed decisions from purchase to warranty. Buying from Airdrie Chrysler was a great experience even after driving away in my fantastic new Jeep and I would recommend them to anyone even considering a new vehicle.

My family and I had a great buying experience at Airdrie Dodge. Ron Down took excellent care of us in sales. He ran through the different models and promotions that were available on the vans we were looking at, and answered any questions we had. There was wide selection to choose from and I was able to make an easy decision.

I dealt with Josee for the financing and everything was efficient - she was quick and great to deal with.

The whole process was smooth and hassle free - from starting to shop and test drive the van, through to financing and picking up the vehicle.

The worst service I have ever experienced. Reading the other reviews at least gives me a little comfort in knowing I'm not the only one who thinks this is the worst dealership in Canada.

I can honestly say I have never had a good experience with the service department. Leaving messages for the Service manager to call me...nothing. Explaining issues when making appointments to have zero continuity between the person making the appointment and the service department. No effort to even try to make things right after my concerns were brought up MULTIPLE visits throughout my three year relationship with this dealership.

Everyone loves to be without a vehicle, right?! (Sarcasm) so why is it so hard for this business to realize how important it is to fix the vehicle the first time. I have gone back for the same issue more than four times. Each time the service department provides zero insight into what's happening. Leaving my vehicle on the lift and claiming they cannot help. Forgetting to order parts and rather than give my vehicle back they keep it the entire day while I'm away from work to finally tell me they need it again!

I do not have the desire to write out my hatred for this dealership based on three years of issues with customer service, vehicle defects not being fixed, charging for repairs that should be under warranty, leaving grease on the seat when I pick up the vehicle, and their famous 'shoulder shrug' when you have a concern but know that I have given them every opportunity to change my opinion and they fail miserably every time.

Stay away! Do not even buy a vehicle here.

One last point to make: Chrysler sells a wide range of vehicles ranging from ~$15k to ~$100k. Keep in mind, if you bought that $100k vehicle from a dealership that also sells $15k vehicles...it is the same service department that will work on both. And given the experience with Airdrie Chrysler....my point is confirmed. Do not expect good service from the bottom of the barrel.

I will never be back!

p.s. I am literally sitting at another dealership right now and the customer service has already reassured me that Airdrie Chrysler is the worst!

I came into to Airdrie Dodge on a mission and found everything I needed. I gave one simple description and Vas was able to pick out the perfect vehicle!! Vas and Adam in finance took the time to make my experience the best! Would definitely recommend!

Exellent Sales and Service

I was trying to decide whether to buy a Dodge Ram or a Jeep. Jeffre was very helpful with any and all questions that I had regarding several used Trucks and a Jeep on the lot. He provided an in depth description for each vehicle and why the prices were some what similar. After walking thru the lot he made an appointment to test drive a Dodge Ram and a Jeep Sahara. After taking the Ram for a test drive I pretty much feel in love with it. However I had concerns as to whether or not it would fit in my garage. He then suggested we take it to my home and he would see if it would fit in my garage. I couldn't believe that he was willing to do that for me rather than me doing it with a tape measure. He helped me with the additions that I chose and ensured that he contacted me shortly thereafter if I had any questions or concerns with the vehicle. He has given me contact information to call him anytime if I have any questions at all. I feel I was given excellent customer service as soon as I walked in the door and would definitely go back if I was considering purchasing another vehicle in the future.

The people here at Airdrie Chrysler are AMAZING they went above and beyond to help us out and were very patient while we made are decisions. Ryan are Sales guy very easy going not pushy at all great guy to work with. If we ever need another vehicle this will be the place we shop. Thank you again for everything.

Staff was friendly and my vehicle was completed same day.

Walked in looking for a used Jeep, Mike in sales greeted us when we arrived and was eager to help us find what we were looking for. Airdrie Dodge had a a good variety of used jeeps we were looking for. The first Jeep we took for a drive was the one, sat down with Mike and talked numbers. They made sure it was in our price range and worked out a deal quickly. Sales manager was a great help as well. Adam in finance also made the deal easy with all his help. Would highly recommend Airdrie Dodge for anyone looking for a vehicle, as well as the salesman Mike.

The service as usual was excellent, some of the work suggested I opted to leave until my next service visit and no pressure was applied like "it should be done now!" rather a simple acknowledgment and "you bet, we'll see you next time" sort of thing. A couple updates needed to be installed for my Jeep to understand my driving habits. Coffee wasn t Timmies but lotsa choices and great staff! Hopefully won t have to see them too soon but when I do, I look forward to having them take care of my Jeep.

Save the trip ! Customer service is one of the worst in the area. Including calgary. They don t return calls and treat you like you ve never seen an automobile. ZERO STARZ IF WE COULD

I purchased a vehicle from Airdrie Chrysler. I traded in my almost new vehicle as that vehicle was unable to tow a travel trailer. My criteria for a new vehicle was that I had more room and the ability to tow a trailer for my family. I was assured by Airdrie Chrysler that the vehicle I was purchasing was more than capable of doing this up to 6200 lbs. After purchasing the vehicle I then purchased a travel trailer. I then learned that the only way my vehicle was able to tow this weight was if it came with the factory tow package. I called Airdrie Chrysler and the assured me that this wasn't true and I could tow up to 6200lbs. I decided to call Chrysler Canada and they told me that my vehicle could NOT tow this weight and that multiple communications had gone out to dealers informing of this. I also called other dealer around the Calgary area and was instantly told of my vehicles limitations. I then went into Airdire Chrysler and spoke to Ryan Murdoch (sales manager). He informed me that Chrysler Canada and all these other dealerships did not know what they were talking about and that his dealership was the only one who had any expertise. I then proceeded to call 90 Chrysler dealerships across Canada and Airdire Chrysler was the only one who said my vehicle was capable of towing 6200lbs. I then contacted Ryan Murdoch again and his remedy was to get me into another new car with the factory tow package. So with higher payments and longer loan term for something that was not my fault. It appears that Airdrie Chrysler will say anything to get the sale then refuse to take responsibility when they get caught. I do not recommend this dealership and suggest that you purchase elsewhere. I will also add that I have photos of the original listing saying that the vehicle does tow up to 6200 lbs and also the emails and text messages confirming the vehicles towing capacity before I purchased it.

They can't even return a phone call... Left messages for Luke and he never returns a call. Also looks like they sold the vehicle from under me as it's no longer on the lot or on there website.

Being a first time new vehicle buyer, I was a little anxious as I know nothing of the process other than the make and model of the vehicle I wanted. TG and his team made the process a breeze - they took care of all the details and all I had to do was sit and wait until the car arrived. This dealership has a great team and great employees. I love my vehicle and I will definitely be back when I'm ready to upgrade my vehicle. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle!

Melissa was a great help in finding me a car after my previous was written off and I was in need of a vehicle asap. She was able to show me the vehicle I was interested in and explain everything about the car to me making sure I understood everything and had no questions. Her approachability made the entire process easier and made me feel better and less anxious about buying a new vehicle. She dealt with the finance team and kept me updated on the process the entire way through.
