I am extremely upset with the way Chrysler has handled my mechanical problem. The refuse to do the repair under warranty and want to charge me $24,000.00 to do the repair. I explained my issue to a few other mechanics including Cummins diesel mechanics and they said the reason Chrysler gave me for not honoring the warranty was highly unlikely. I would suggest that if you are thinking about spending a fair chunk of money on their extended warranty to save your money or avoid purchasing a product through them altogether.
