I'm pretty sure they did a great job with my vehical but I think the service I got today was terrible.
I brought my young daughter in with me and asked for a shuttle back to calgary. I knew it was going to be difficult. With moving the car seat ect. I expected the shuttle in 20 to 30 min. After 50 min I called my mom to come and get me. I told them I had a ride coming and didnt need the shuttle anymore. The response was "oh I thought they already picked you up?" I dont know how that could have happened since my car seat was sitting right beside that person. Maybe if they were busy they could have forgotten about us but it did not seem busy to me. We were there for 90 min before my ride got there. That is a long time for a 2 year old to wait. I was not pleased either.
No one seemed to care or even apologize. I will be taking my long standing business somewhere else from now on.
