My wife and I were looking to buy a used Ram 1500. We found a couple at Airdrie Dodge. We had an appointment with Nathan but he was busy with another customer. Nathan introduced us to Keith. Keith showed us the 2 trucks we were interested in. After test driving both trucks, we decided on the 2015 Ram. After some negotiations, Keith managed to get us a good deal on the truck. John in the finance department was very friendly and helpful. He explained what we needed from the bank and our insurance company. John also asked us about the undercoating and paint and fabric protection. The day we picked the truck up, we met with Keith. He took us to John's office while he went to get the truck. After all the paperwork was done, Keith had the truck out front.
