I'm a new business owner, was dazed and confused through most the process. However, Brier Grieves was recommended to me to handle my insurance and what a great recommendation. I have had this insurance company for years..so I decided to call them for a quote for my son who is purchasing a new home..well I spoke to John and he told me that I would have the quote that same day..well many days passed no quote..I called again about a week or 10 days later..the woman advised me that John was in a meeting and would let him know I called..well still nothing..so I called today and asked the woman Gina to email me my coverage information..I also told her the situation that I explained above..she than said I will let John know..I said to her that she can tell John that I am going to get another company to handle my home..one thing I hate is when someone tells you something and they never follow through...
So before you deal with this agency think twice..I will be looking elsewhere ...

My story begins with a unique story. Brier Grieves came into my life during a very difficult time for me and sealed my positive perspective forever. I was 23 years old, and I was in a accident that left me badly burned on 20 percent of my body with 2nd and 3rd degree burns. I spent a few weeks at the hospital and afterward released to continue my journey healing. Brier was the agent for the person that burned me and still he treated me kindly during the whole process.
