The most amazing company I have ever worked for! The love and compassion that radiates from each and every employee is unbelievable. The best group of co-workers I have ever had! White Properties means so much more to me than a job in the past, I consider them all family and love each person involved in this company. The owner Willis White and the CEO Noah White are the most compassionate, understanding and absolutely remarkable people. The company provides the best customer service that I have witnessed. I cannot say enough good things about White Properties! Whether you are a customer or an employee at White Properties it is always a
wonderful experience.

I use White House Properties for many things. Packing and Mailing my packages for shipments for national and International; It is nice to know they take the extra time to get ALL of label s done correct; Even double check pre-printed labels. Never had any broke or damaged because of their packing! E-Cycle Solutions is fast and easy with them. Dropping off documents and computer related items for shredding of puts your mind at rest. Projects for the School and Fair projects are much easier now, because they do ALL my vinyl lettering. The fair sign for my son s market hog was the best in the barn, hands down. Very friendly, and do not mind answering questions; Nice to have a business that cares about its customers.

When you value your possessions and want a safe, clean location to store them White Properties is an excellent choice. The grounds are maintained beautifully and the staff is friendly and helpful. We have never had to rent a storage unit before, but Glenda was amazingly helpful. She talked me through what size unit I would need for the things I needed to store and because I wasn't currently in Winchester we did all the paperwork online. It was super easy and Glenda was able to answer all our questions. It was also great that there was a special going on where we paid for 3 months and got the 4th month free. Overall we have been very happy with everything. The unit was clean and we feel safe storing our furniture and items in it.

I had the wonderful experience of working with Glenda Hoffman, Site Manager, of White Properties of Winchester, Inc. I needed a few storage units for my Dad's estate. Glenda is just terrific! The staff at White Properties was extremely helpful when I visited to review documents held there in storage. Tyran, Rachel and Nelson could not have been more accommodating during the entire afternoon I was there.

We have a climate controlled unit that we rented sight unseen from Georgia, I was really nervous about renting it this way but it is what we needed to do. Anyway Glenda was extremely helpful and very patient with me and all of my calls and questions. So far I think that we have a very clean and secure unit for our belongings.

Used White Properties Storage Solutions extensively during our recent move. GLENDA was very helpful in getting our units set up and responded promptly to any questions we had. JENNIFER provided good service, as well. During our last weeks of using the storage unit we noticed her diligently inspecting the site for pests and other issues. Overall a good experience. Would recommend the Rainville Road site for good security too.

We have found Robin, Sharon, Nelson, Mary, Madeline, CVS and all the staff and family at White Properties, in Winchester, a superb resource for mailing and packaging to friends and family living elsewhere around the country. We ve been regular customers for years and believe you will also be loyal customers once you ve met them.

No need to look for another storage facility. I have had my belongings stored with other companies and was unsatisfied with their customer service. Once my latest contract was fulfilled I began to look for a better place to hold my belongings. Rachel was superb with her assistance finding me the best fit. I had a question out of the ordinary and she not only solved the problem but quickly. Nice to see an employee take personal responsibility for an issue. If she is not in management she should be. Thank you Rachel for making the transition as effortless as possible.

The facility at Commerce Street is always clean and help is never far away. Jen is very helpful and every time I see her, she has been very kind and thoughtful.

Sharon is incredible! She was able to help me move all my stuff out of storage and ship it to me in Colorado. Due to the pandemic as a college student, some friends of mine helped move all my stuff into storage and I haven t been able to retrieve it since. Sharon was kind and courteous in helping me and I can t thank her enough!

She gave me quotes on shipping my package to Russia, and got me less than a week guaranteed delivery for much cheaper than I had found elsewhere in town. Rachel and Sharon at White Properties are fantastic and my experience renting a storage unit for over a year was a smooth and easy process. The units are super clean, the invoices are easy to understand and auto pay is simple to set up and verify. The facilities use personalized gate codes that greet you by name when you sign in. Great experience, less expensive than the competition and better quality service!

One of the best storage places I have ever used. Always clean, well lit, temperature controlled. One of the workers, Jen, saved an expensive tool box full of tools that I had left out by mistake while moving and returned it to me. I was grateful for her honesty! Completely satisfied.

I had to send a super fragile package out to my mom in Colorado. Nelson greeted me and helped me with my package from start to finish. I just got word from my mom that the package was delivered flawlessly. I will definitely be back to get Nelson s assistance again!

The business I work for recently moved. The company we'd previously used for shredding had major mechanical difficulties on our scheduled appointment day. This left us with a loading dock packed with file boxes to shred and movers coming in a few days. Katie was more than helpful in getting us worked into the schedule to pick up all the material. Awesome staff! We rented a small storage unit, it was easy to get set up and turn everything back in. Also rented a portable container (COW), and it was great. Pickup, move, and drop off were easy and smooth.

We use WP's mail service, which is awesome! We can send out mail via UPS, USPS, or FedX, which makes our life a whole lot easier. They also offer printing services for business cards, banners, signs and other large-scale printing, which we intend to use in the near future for some interesting backdrops. We'll keep ya posted on the outcome! :)

I was having an issue with the delivery of items that I purchased on-line for my college student son. After not being able to contact FedEx by phone or on-line, I drove to White Properties, which was the nearest FedEx Authorized Dealer. Mail and pack not only has stellar customer service and is conveniently located on Commerce St., but they are also a locally owned and operated business. I ALWAYS come here for all of my shipping needs, no matter how big or small. Support local business AND receive excellent service? YES PLEASE!!

These guys have convenient locations all over Winchester and Frederick County, the prices are reasonable and the staff is friendly and helpful. I've used them a few times for different things and its always been easy and I feel good helping a local business.

I had a great day today thanks to a heartwarming experience at WP Mailing Services. Just when you are frustrated with the state of things, you find two individuals who renew your faith in mankind. I met Josie and Robin at WP Mailing Services. They were accommodating and gracious. I had a large awkwardly shaped and heavy piece of exercise equipment I wanted to ship. They worked with me to find the best packaging and the best price...never once appearing frustrated or concerned about spending time to help a customer. I ve been an Eastgate Customer for many years. The facility is always clean and secure, continually adding services, and managed by pleasant and professional staff. Glenda should probably be CEO! Just a thought.

This is only place to do your international or local shipping if you want it done correctly. My wife cross stitches and send letter or package all over but this is only place that make sure things are done correct to insure it get to it new location on time. Been you use them for fair signs and other things also.

We expected to help our daughter pack up her belongings from College and drop off her things to the facility in Windsor...no big problem, or so we thought. Her room looked like a typhoon hit it and nothing was in order or packed! After a six hour plane ride and five hours of shoveling out our daughter's room we were both brain dead and exhausted. Fortunately your representative Glenda was there to save the day. She was extremely helpful and pleasant...pretending not to notice our complete mental collapse.
