No need to look for another storage facility. I have had my belongings stored with other companies and was unsatisfied with their customer service. Once my latest contract was fulfilled I began to look for a better place to hold my belongings. Rachel was superb with her assistance finding me the best fit. I had a question out of the ordinary and she not only solved the problem but quickly. Nice to see an employee take personal responsibility for an issue. If she is not in management she should be. Thank you Rachel for making the transition as effortless as possible.
