We have never had to rent a storage unit before, but Glenda was amazingly helpful. She talked me through what size unit I would need for the things I needed to store and because I wasn't currently in Winchester we did all the paperwork online. It was super easy and Glenda was able to answer all our questions. It was also great that there was a special going on where we paid for 3 months and got the 4th month free. Overall we have been very happy with everything. The unit was clean and we feel safe storing our furniture and items in it.
