I rent a storage unit from White Properties but recently went into the office to use their package shipping service. I was greeted by Nelson and I have to say I have never been treated so well by an employee. Nelson was very helpful and went out of his way to help me re-package my item and was very personable and attentive. Just a great experience all around! I will be back for all my shipping needs. You just don't find customer service like that these days. Thank you for such a great experience.
