Glenda at the Eastgate Storage facility knew I wanted another climate controlled unit in my building. I was renting one in another building, and Glenda called me to let me know one was available in my building. Now I only have to go one place instead of two. Thank you Glenda and White Properties. Looks like I'll be with you another 15 years!

Glenda was so spectacular. I came in with an odd shaped tv stand that I needed to mail to my son. We both looked and the stand to figure a way to get it to fit into a small box. Glenda pulled out her brand new tool pouch and was able to disassemble the stand so that it fit into the right sized box. Glenda was so very helpful. A very valuable employee. And great customer service skills!!!

I am in the process of moving and needed a storage unit. I am partially blind and have other disabilities which sometimes cause me not to clearly understand what I'm told and so have to ask my question again.

I had called several storage facilities in the area and was very put off by their total lack of concern and interest in my needs as well as the way they spoke to me.

Then I called White Properties and spoke with Glenda at the Rainville facility. What a relief. Glenda was friendly, helpful, and not put off by my continually asking her to explain things to me. She made me feel at ease.
She is an outstanding person with a wonderful attitude.

When my business closed its doors we used White Properties to store our confidential files. They came to our office, helped us load the files, and took them to storage for us AND took all of the miscellaneous stuff to be shredded. They were professional and great to work with and I highly recommend their company for not only storage but shredding and mailing services as well!

Storage Solutions has to be the very best facility I have come across in Virginia. The staffs professionalism and courtesty is to be commended. Glenda was brilliant and on top of everything while guiding me through the process with a friendly and helpful manner. The storage unit itself is truly a climitized facility, not with the usual 80 degree temperature--and as clean as a hospital. Very highly recommended.

Rachel was AWESOME! I was sent to them by FedEx as Fedex did not have what I needed. She was very accommodating. There were no questions asked as to why I needed to ship what I shipped.

They cost to have them pack up my object was WAY cheaper than I thought. I would be happy to send more business their way when needed!

Not so funny little story: Years ago My Mom & Dad got a shipping container to store some of the items they inherited. Placed it out near their wooded property line and told us to save some money on at least one storage unit and put some of our stuff out there, so we did. Moral of the story: Don't do it! Huge mistake! They meant well...but when our home was finally done and ready to move in to; we sifted through years of stink bug damage, various other bugs, snake skins, dead and live mice, and smelly mildewy ruined furniture, linens, albums, holiday decorations and a practically new mattress that was wrapped well in heavy plastic; but we are getting rid of because I will never get the smell out. Don't be like us, it's not worth it, we lost so much! All we kept saying was if we had used storage solutions for these things this would've never happened. Their staff has always been friendly. The mice and snakes are non-existent. The bugs are very few and not found in our boxes. We never had an issue out of them in over 10yrs. All of the things we kept in the 2 (at one point 3 units) we had come out looking and smelling like the day we put them in there. I would highly recommend Storage Solutions - White Properties.
