My husbands family has been attending Church here for years. One day my husband decided to attend a service with our son to scout it out. The next weekend I also attended with with our daughters as well as a dear friend and her two children. This Church is a perfect fit for our family. They also have a program for new members where you can start your journey with them! You learn what they are all about. It s nice to meet other people and get to know everyone, because it really feels like one big family that welcomes anyone with open arms. I would highly recommend SCC!

I will try to keep this short. My family began attending SCC about 8 years ago. About a year ago we had a dispute with the leadership. We decided to leave SCC. Leaving SCC was a very difficult decision that was made even more difficult by the outpouring of love we constantly received in the months that we were away. Today we as a family went back to SCC. I have never felt geniune Christian Love the way I felt it today. The hugs, the smiles, the tears, the embracing of my family today by of SCC family felt nothing short of how the Prodical Son must have felt when he returned home to his father's loving open arms. True Christian Love flows through this place.

My family left another church to come to SCC so that my children could have a positive experience in a family oriented church. It has been about 15 months since we started our journey at SCC and I can honestly say that I am beyond happy with the decision to come here. This is a church full of love. All I know is my kids are loved and cared for by all and most importantly respected. Just come give it a try you wont be disappointed.

Beautiful Church wonderful people very fun environment

I cannot say enough about this beautiful church of Christ and its excellent leadership. The truth is always preached here, with no subject off limits. I would still be a lost soul headed for spiritual death and eternal separation from God had I not been introduced to Severn Christian Church and been baptized into Christ. I praise God for leading me here and for helping me to understand His salvation plan.

There are so many places to serve and the staff and people are very pleasant and friendly. Its a beautiful family-friendly church. My grandbabies love coming to Sunday school and attending Kids Connect!

Went for the children's Christmas program. Excellent

I was a member to another larger Church, but wanted to find a church that was smaller and felt more personal. A friend recommended this church I tried it out everyone was very friendly and when I filled out the info card the pastor reached out to me and met with me personally. It was so nice to feel accepted and valued. The pastor is awesome. He is funny, kind, knowledgable and makes the service a real joy to attend!
