We expected to help our daughter pack up her belon...

We expected to help our daughter pack up her belongings from College and drop off her things to the facility in Windsor...no big problem, or so we thought. Her room looked like a typhoon hit it and nothing was in order or packed! After a six hour plane ride and five hours of shoveling out our daughter's room we were both brain dead and exhausted. Fortunately your representative Glenda was there to save the day. She was extremely helpful and pleasant...pretending not to notice our complete mental collapse.
