Glenda was so nice and helpful with my sister's search for a unit. She was very knowledgeable and an absolute pleasure to converse with. I would encourage anyone looking for a storage unit to use this facility (Stephens City behind WalMart); aside from the fabulous Glenda, the facility is very clean, well maintained and secure.
