I was having an issue with the delivery of items that I purchased on-line for my college student son. After not being able to contact FedEx by phone or on-line, I drove to White Properties, which was the nearest FedEx Authorized Dealer. Rachel helped me tremendously and was able to quickly resolve the problem in a courteous, professional and friendly manner.
