Very judgmental and cult like atmosphere. If you leave the church and continue to be friends with those who still attend the church and or school you will be treated like an outsider to people who you thought were your friends. Not to mention how they hate gay people and think abortion should be illegal. The whole religion thing clearly isn't for me but not all churches are like this and their are better ones in the area with more tolerance.

Praise & worship is really main reason I like to attend church. I truly yearn for the Holy Spirit to touch me during this part of the service. Sadly at this church, the people sitting near me chose that time to chatter with each other talking about their kids or who knows what. Its like asking God to come into your house and then ignoring Him. I may give it another chance. Maybe I just sat in the wrong section. But the pastor really should deliver a sermon on that.

I've attended this congregation for years, and they are loving and biblical. The lessons on Sunday morning are deeper than your average 'feel good' sermon, because they are grounded in scripture. I am involved in the worship team, so my opinion on the music is a little biased... but we strive for more of a contemporary feel with music, while maintaining traditional aspects to help please all audiences. Bottom line, if you are looking for a church family that will be honest with you about what is in the bible, this is the place for you. While we as Christians are "the church", this church facility and group of people are strong believers and love one another.

There is always a good message brought every Sunday and everybody seems to be very friendly

This church sticks to the word. They don t change to suit what is popular or trendy...they keep it biblical. Great leadership and loving atmosphere.

I started going to the church of Christ at mount view. Around 2 to 3 years ago, when I was going through a nasty divorce and I still continue to go there today, one of the best places I have ever been, they speak the truth from the Bible and only the truth if you want a great family atmosphere and truthful worship. Then the church of Christ, mount view is the place for you and the place for you or your family, you will not be disappointed.

I have been a member of this church for years.They are my Christian family. Great worship and praise and dynamic preaching that is straight from the word of God.

I have met Rev. Doug and Minta Hardman in Caracas, Venezuela, 2 decades ago and, by the Job they served, I became a believer and, this time I need to reach them for my sister, over there.
