Avoid service at all cost here! The service center has had my car for a couple day short of a month after pressuring me to have my TCM replaced. The TCM acted up, only after getting my cars oil changed at the same facility! The very next day after getting it back!

After getting the part in after several weeks, they told me it would be several more weeks because the new part was bad. Guess Chrysler has terrible quality control on top of allowing their dealership to play games with their customers.

The service manager team fails to return calls and even has told me got a sticky note on my computer for ya. Honestly I just haven t went down there yet...

I d have been better off letting the kid down the street try to fix it, instead of using the service package they sold me.

Not only would I avoid the Westhills Service center, I d recommend avoiding the entire hustle wood auto group.
