I have been working with Jim in Service for my Pacifica for the past 3 years and Tristen just recently. When I was ready to trade in my Pacifica last month, I worked with Dallas in sales and he was wonderful! I have also ended up speaking with the service manager Mike and the GM Cody throughout my experience here and everyone has been helpful and has had great communication. I really feel appreciated as a customer here and they got me into an awesome new RAM!
