I took my truck into west hills cjdr for a simple update to my 2016 ram 1500 eco diesel. After the truck was returned to me the info to my filters had been deleted. I tried for weeks to get ahold of the service manager to resolve the situation with out a call back or email. These guys are totally unprofessional. I will be taking my truck all the way to Tacoma from now on. I wish I could rate these guys lower.
