I agree with many of the Service Department complaints, but I have to tell you that they have some new employees now.

Mike helped me at the service desk. After I expressed my concerns and made it very clear what my expectations were, he called me several times a day to give me status updates. Their service was far better than it has been in the past.

Hopefully this is a new trend for them.

The other positive feedback I have is for John McLaughlin in Sales Department.

I just bought a truck from here a couple weeks ago and John has "hands down" given me the best buying experience I have had in 20 years of car buying.

John deserves a pay raise and a promotion to Sales Manager.

Stay honest John. That is what makes you better.
