The service was great. Dennis at the service desk often updated me on the work progress of our vehicle. My only complaint was that the techs left grease prints on the c pillars and vanity mirrors. Thank you for your work

One of the worse dealerships I ve EVER had to deal with. The sales person Sam kept giving my boyfriend and I different information and different prices. We went on a test drive and he took our licenses to take photocopies and never returned my boyfriends license.Called back and Sam said he lost it. It s been over a month and we never received any Information about it and every time we call management they don t answer. Would not recommend to ANYONE.

I almost bought a Volt at Victory Chevrolet today....

I almost bought a Volt at Victory Chevrolet today. I started at the AAA website looking for a no-hassle price on a Volt. When I filled out the form AAA automatically sent my information to three dealers. Victory didn t have the lowest price but they had a Craigs List ad with a new Volt for $169/mo lease. That seemed reasonable and a guy named Matt had left me an email message so I called him to make an appt.

Being somewhat obsessive, before going to meet Matt I checked the Kelly Blue Book value of my trade-in, the federal and state rebates and calculated the net present value of the lease. Like I said, obsessive. The $169 lease price seemed about right given the $7500 rebate.

So we met Matt, drove the car, and went to Matt s cubicle. He took my name and address and walked out without saying anything. My wife and I wandered around for a while, got some coffee, looked at Corvettes and wandered back to Matt s place. Eventually he came back and offered us a lease of $189. Blah, blah excuses, I said no, $169 or I walk. Matt ambled off somewhere came back and said OK. He probably doesn t know that I am, at this point, really irritated.

So I said we have a deal if you will give me KBB trade in for my car. Matt once again ambles off, this time with my car keys. Another long wait and here s the offer: $2000 below KBB trade in. So I stood up and started to leave. Wait, wait he says or some such. "Give me two minutes". I said OK but I ll be out by my car. A few minutes later some other guy comes out and offers me $500 below the blue book trade in value, which is about $3000 below what Blue Book says the retail price should be. They want to make $2500 on my trade-in.

So I went there for a no-hassle price and spent about an hour playing the usual game. If they had made the final offer to me to start with I would have a Volt in my garage right now.

I drove for an hour from San Francisco and plan to buy an Isuzu Turck here. Salesperson name: Ryan. I don't see any sincerity in selling cars. And give me a background check! Let me fill in the whole process, and he will do his own thing. Nothing helped me! I didn't understand until I finally found someone to help me! And tell me to wait for his phone tomorrow after filling it out! It's been two weeks now. I already bought the car from other salesmen! No one has called me yet! I think this is a waste of my time! It is hard to imagine that a sales process is so difficult! You buy a car here and it malfunctions. It's even worse if it comes to repair!

Obviously never heard the words customer service.

Obviously never heard the words customer service.

I was talking on the phone to confirm the work on my car and this guy basically hangs up....I called back and was reconnected with the service desk, I explained I was disconnected and I wanted to make sure everything was clear. But no, it was intentional. He got all he needed and decided the end the call.....very rude.

Greg Healey at Victory Chevy was my salesman.

Greg Healey at Victory Chevy was my salesman.
If you want to be handled properly and respectfully... find GREG HEALEY.
(There are two greg's on the premise, I'm sure the other guy is nice too, lol)

I was upside-down on my 2007 Ford Pickup - I still owed 4K, they gave me 2.5K on a trade and the bottom line for my 2018 Black Chevrolet Silverado Crew Cab with all the bells and whistles still fell into the fair market price... That means they got me out of the old vehicle, which was a money pit, and got me 14K off the MSRP.

I am a full-time grad student, and a recent ARMY infantry veteran.

All I had to get done is have the electronics tested and it took them an hour just to get my car in the garage when I had an appointment. Then the paper said it would be ready by 4 which it shouldn t take that long. Also they don t have a nice room to sit in I wish I would ve went to the Novato Chevrolet so much nicer. I don t have time to wait at a dealership all day for something that takes like a half an hour tops to check.

Buyers and sellers be warned. 15 days ago this dealership bought my white 2017 Silverado truck, great tires and an aftermarket rack on the back for 22k. I gave them the title on the spot and we shook hands assuming they would pay me within a day or two. In an hour it was marked up to 28K and posted with clean shots ready to be sold. They have still not paid me.

This review is a warning to all consumers who have a choice which dealership to do business with. Victory Chevrolet is dishonest and cannot be trusted. Managment on all sides from sales to finance are unaccountable and unreliable. THE BEST ADVICE I EVER HEARD WAS HANDLE ALL AUTO TRANSACTIONS THROUGH A REAL BUSINESS, LIKE A CREDIT UNION, not a dealer. Certainly not Victory.

Removing a license plate frame on a car that comes...

Removing a license plate frame on a car that comes in for service and replacing it with one for your dealership without the customer's permission is unacceptable, unethical, and inexcusable.

Yes, I'm well aware that I had a plate frame for another dealership on my car. It was a dealership in Arkansas where my parents bought the car. It was still there because I wasn't ready to replace it. Sure, it seems trivial, but it was part of the car as I inherited it from my deceased mother. I know it sounds silly, but in the end, what advertisement goes on my car is my choice: not yours.

I am not a rolling billboard for your business, and I don't have to bring my car for service at the dealership. I certainly don't have to bring it to YOUR dealership and I've of half a mind to never do so again. This was only the second time I've ever set foot in there, so I'm hardly a regular, and it might very well be my last.

I'm also a little insulted you told me to bring it back up there and you'd swap the frames back out (since you did, at least, leave the old one in my back seat). I may be a woman but I can use a screwdriver. I don't have to drive all the way across town to have you do it for me.

Your service was quick and good. Your prices are fair. Your service advisers are pleasant and courteous. It's just a shame that your service technicians have - by their own admission - a policy of altering people's cars without getting their permission or disclosing it.

Friendy folks - but not much difference from all car dealers. Their profits are first no matter what they say.
Hopefully you knew this already. They really say they are working for you and they are really good on the sincerity side. Hopefully, you know better.

Talked to a sales manager after getting tossed around. He wasn't much better. This type of treatment represents ownership if this behavior flies

Dennis Pawlowski has been helping me over the years and has my complete trust on any and all of my vehicles. He has a great understanding of my schedule and how I need my vehicle as my daily driver. I can count on Dennis calling me and saying the work is complete and ready for pick up.

Service is always good, if I need a shuttle or a rental, they have one available. If the part needs to be special ordered or is on back order, Dennis makes it a priority and will schedule me as soon as possible to get the warranty or maintenance done on my 2500HD Silverado.

Victory Chevrolet boy let me tell you. If you're a woman and you're trying to get something across to them what you need done with your car. They will do something totally different and not listen to you, if you're a man and you tell them what to do more than likely I'll get the work done right without taking it back three times. I don't think the customer service for the parts and service department is the best

After waiting days for a spare set of keys that they said they would cut, I decided to head down and see what the hold up was. They gave me the run around for over an hour just trying to get a spare key cut. They said they would cut me a spare over the phone and gave me a quote. When I got there in person, they absolutely refused saying it was against federal law to make a spare key and even then, they wouldn't cut it. They would charge me for a blank key and tell me to go to a locksmith.... Yet over the phone they gave quotes and said that it wouldn't be an issue at all. Someone needs to give this place direction and teach them some customer service.

I bought a new 2016 Chevrolet Cruze from Victory Chevrolet in December 2015. The salesman was matt Moreson and I also spoke to the General Sales Manager, Oreste Gonella (SP) and a F&I man and woman, who's names I forget.

Everyone treated me as a valuable customer and made it clear they wanted to earn my business. I am very pleased with the Chevrolet Cruze i purchased and the price i paid!

I previously had my Corvette and Chevrolet Volt serviced at Victory Chevrolet and repairs were done professionally, on time with No negative surprises! i recommend Victory Chevrolet to anyone who want a car! Plus, your buying cars made in the USA by an American Owned company! Let's keep our jobs and $$$ in the USA, folks!

My girlfriend is a travel nurse, we travel from pl...

My girlfriend is a travel nurse, we travel from place to place for her assignments, we own a 2015 Chevrolet Duramax Diesel 2500 truck, we are from Florida but we are currently in California for the pandemic, our truck has had a catastrophic fuel system failure which we found out was an on going problem in the Years 2011 to 2016, the truck only had a hundred four thousand miles on it, factory warranty went to a hundred, but we bought the extended warranty which we thought was supposed to come into existence after factory warranty ran out, but for some reason it ran with the factory warranty this extended warranty took us within a thousand miles of being covered, we took the truck to Victory Chevrolet in Petaluma, which we thought was a reputable dealership, we had the repairs done, they had my vehicle for over 4 weeks during this process we had to rent a car for all this time, about two weeks after having this work done I noticed the rear end pinion seal was leaking so I had them do those repairs also, it is now five months later and I noticed a ticking noise coming from my truck it progressively started getting louder, and with this ticking noise exhaust fumes are leaking into the cab of the truck making it unbearable to drive, we are now in Santa Maria California this is where her next assignment is, it's 5 hours away from Petaluma, I took it to homes Chevrolet in Santa Maria, I had a Diagnostics run they said the number 4 injector was leaking and it would cost me $2,200 to get this problem fixed, I said hold on I just took this and had all the injectors the complete fuel system changed at Victory Chevrolet this should be covered, I paid him a Diagnostics fee left went and called bill at Victory Chevrolet, he told me to bring the truck in which wasn't possible for we are now over 5 hours away, I then said I had this repair done at a Chevrolet dealership, for if I had problems I could take it to another Chevrolet dealership because we are on the road all over the United States, bill then proceeded to tell me to take it to homes Chevrolet and have them do the work I took it to homes Bill wanted them to run it as a parts failure, they couldn't do this because it was not a part failure ,it was a installation failure, and they would not be reimbursed for the repair, Bill told me to go ahead and have the work done pay for it and he would reimburse me the money once the work was completed, so I dropped the truck off, later that day I got a phone call from homes Chevrolet they said the repair wasn't going to be as bad as they thought, that whoever installed did not torque to the proper sequence and they could take care of the problem for under $500 I said wow that's great that's a lot cheaper than the $2,200 you quoted me and they would have the truck done by the next morning, so next morning I rode with my girlfriend to work in the rental car and I walked to the Chevrolet dealership from there, went and dropped off the rental car later that next morning, only had car for 2 days not 3, sent Bill the receipts for the rental car the diagnostic fee and the repair which all totaled less than $600, bill assured me that I would get reimbursed for this, it's been 3 weeks all I'm getting is excuses, I've called corporate I've tried to contact the owner of Victory Chevrolet in Petaluma to no avail I find it insulting and shameful that a company of magnitude of Chevrolet, would try and take advantage of a first-line worker who puts her life on the line dealing with dying covid-19 patience every day, it's bad enough you put out a faulty product, but then allow a dealership representing you, put out faulty repairs and double charge the customer is despicable anyone planning on having any work done at this dealership I would highly recommend that you think twice, and get a second opinion somewhere else,
A last time Chevrolet owner. These people screw over first responders, no credibility, DON'T TRUST OWNERS OR BILL SERVICE MANAGER, would recommend you find a reputable dealership and that's not this place!!!

I have to bring my Isuzu truck to Victory Chevrole...

I have to bring my Isuzu truck to Victory Chevrolet because they are THE ONLY authorized dealer within a 40 miles radius to perform warranty work. After the service department tried to convince me I needed a new Injector pump for mere $7500 on my truck I decided to get a second opinion. The second opinion performed the repairs for $430 and was informed the injector pump was not needed. The truck is running fine.

As a result of the $7500 recommendation that was not needed I gave Victory Chevrolet a bad review on a internal survey conducted by Isuzu. Victory Chevrolet s Service Manager now refuses to provide me the warranty work needed on my truck as ramification of the bad survey.

Victory Chevrolet is out for one thing and one thing only $$$$$$. Victory Chevrolet s service department is uninformed and provides terrible customer service. Victory Chevrolet bullies customers around and and prey on individuals that are uninformed. Due yourself a favor if you use the Victory Chevrolet s service department...get a second opinion!!!!!!!!.

I m looking forward to my 40 mile drive to my new repair shop.

I was trying to buy a used vehicle from this dealership and was really surprised with the lack of responsiveness, respect, honesty and courtesy from the whole sales team. The sales rep Ryan, sales managers Mark and Rusty said things that they never delivered on. When I called the dealership to speak with Mark regarding the promises that he made and reasons for not getting back to me, he hung up the phone. I redialed in few minutes and was informed that he was with the customer. I asked receptionist and another sales rep for him to call me back and he never did. Overall, this was the worst car buying experience because the senior management mistreats and lies to potential buyers that are willing to do business with them. My advice is to stay away from these guys!!!

The worst dealership i have ever been, i have about 20 different fix orders from this place since my car had 20,000 miles and was under warranty I've been trying to get so much fix under the hood and they just did not accomplished much, my car has 80,000 miles now and still fixing the same parts they supposedly replaced through the 3 years I've had the car ( cadillac ATS luxury )
Sound system rattles "bose" premium took it 5 times for this issue was never fixed they just made me waste my time.
High iddle at low temperatures and coolant consumption... never fixed they wanted me to change the radiator and condenser but they was not sure if that was going to fix the problem, at the end i had to replace the radiator and my mechanic said the condenser was fine.
Also they supposedly replace the rear differential and axles the bolts and like 7 months ago and is failing again leaking oil and they don't want to take care of it bacause they said my car is not under warranty anymore i talked to the manager bill M. And he said yes i remember you and I'm sorry we cannot fix all of the issues with your car you have a problem with GM not with our mechanics just don't buy anymore GM cars and to fix the recent same issues go somewhere else since you are not happy... very disappointed with this kind of manager which for sure mechanics don't do the job right with that attitude and sense of not care! NOTHING TO RECOMMEND ABOUT THIS PLACE i also own a Chevy camaro and they were never able to fix, had electric issues and traction control sensors going on they replace all the wiring the computer and the car still does the same! For sure i will be not buying GM anymore as the service manager Bill M recommended

Terry Mccarter was an excellent salesman. I particularly appreciated him setting up my phone & further training about the vehicle, besides his great demeanor.
However, I was not comfortable with how the signing of my lease went. I did not understand the way the lease was written. I did not feel my attempts at understanding were successful or were met with skill or patience by the lease person. I had to ask for the manager to come in to explain it & hence, did not feel very good when I finally left the dealership. It left a bad feeling where I had hoped to be excited & happy about the experience.

Once I bought my truck the attitude changed. I had to take my in truck in 3 times in the 1st year. I Had the cloth seats converted to leather on the truck I bought through the dealership. My heated seats now don't heat up. After much frustration and 3 trips in, I was told the seats are operating as designed. I was told that since I modified the seats GM can't help me and the dealership would have to make any concessions. So now I have a surgically fused back and no heated seats in my work truck. I asked Victory to put the cloth seats back in and they refused. Victory showed me a bulletin on the 3rd visit showing that GM was receiving complaints that heated seats were not heating up like previously owned GM vehicles, which is my situation. I now have a vehicle I don't want! Terry and Mark were not helpful at all!

They were very pleasant, timely, and courteous. For the purchase it was great, no pressure, easy test drive, no games with the sales team. There was a little confusion about some exchanged email negotiations, but as soon as I pointed out the oversight they immediately honored it with no attempt to wiggle out. I've bought several new cars in my life, and this was straight forward and honest, as the process should be. Do your homework, know what you want, set a reasonable price expectation and go in and negotiate, or use True Car or similar, and save your self the 'poker game' process, either way, high marks for Jose, Rick, Mark and Christi. Thanks.

I just bought a car from this dealership and it was the worst! They took forever getting the car ready for pick up and we continually had to point out things to be corrected. The staff acts as though they could care less and made us feel as though we were being picky. On top of it they refused to negotiate on the prices or take anything off for their mistakes. When we picked the car up, it had a scratch on the door, it was missing the remote, a set of keys and a headset. They left the car on empty, so as I drove off in my car I immediately had to stop for gas. I won't be returning!! Attention to detail and customer service were lacking to say the least.

My family had a terrible experience with this deal...

My family had a terrible experience with this dealership. They are dishonest and unprofessional! We came in one day and described the vehicle we were looking for. Jerry (the car sales man) showed us around, we test drove the car and went inside to talk numbers. They didn't have the vehicle in stock but said that they will have no problem getting it within two days. Jerry went back and forth 10 times to the sales manager for every single question/answer until finally he came out with the info we were requesting. The manager didn't come out once! They said that they had found 4 cars that were in our price range and had options we were looking for. The numbers seemed high for the lease so we left. The next day, we took the kids and were shopping around all day at different dealerships for a better deal. By the end, it started to look like the Victory Chevrolet had the best deal. We had one more dealership to visit but called Jerry back and said that if they can do a good deal for us we will turn around and drive straight to them and sign the papers. We finally negotiated a number that all of us were finally comfortable with. Off course he had to run it by his manager a million times but ultimately we had a deal. We were all the way on the other side of town so we drove one hour to Petaluma to wrap up the deal. We got there about 5:40pm, Jerry made me fill out the paper work in order to run my credit report, talked about his family then he went back to talk to the manager. Finally it was about 6:20, the kids were tired, cranky and restless by that time, Jerry comes out, makes little talk and tells us calmly that the manager is not able to get a hold of the dealership where the car is located because it is after 6 and all dealerships close by 6. He tells us that we should go home and his manager will secure the car first thing in the morning and Jerry will give us a call back no later than 12:30 the next day. He assured us that the car is available and worst case scenario if it is not available there are 3 other cars just like that one. We left feeling uneasy and confused as to why they didn't make sure to secure the car sooner and waited until the dealership closed to call them. The next afternoon, 12:30 passed and I heard nothing from Jerry until I emailed him for the update. He told me that the manager is still working on it and will have an update very shortly. At that point, we knew something is fishy. I contacted Jerry a few more times, to which his only response was that the manager is still working on. My wife was getting a little frustrated so she decided to go directly to the source and call the sales manager herself. She was told that he is in a meeting and will call her back. Needless to say, she never received a return call from the manager. By around 3pm, Jerry sends an email simply stating that from what he has been informed, they cannot get the vehicle. He asked the sales manager to view other ones, and he stated there are none. No explanation, no apologies... I called Jerry very upset as you can imagine, asking for an explanation. He had none. He had also said that at this point there is nothing that they can do for us. I was very upset that they ran my credit the day before after I specifically asked not to unless we have a firm deal. From what I overheard, it seems like the real reason was that they mistakenly underestimated the lease amount and were no longer willing to honor the amount that we had negotiated. Again, there were no apologies, no calls from the manager to try and make this right, nothing! They are very dishonest and unprofessional group of people who have complete disregard for people's time and apparently do not place customer service as their priority. My family, coworkers and friends will never step foot in there again.

I bought my 07 Tahoe in February of 06. I pushing 215K. Best truck I have ever owned. I have been disciplined about dealer service - Victory Chevrolet has handled my truck since day one. Dennis P is an outstanding service advisor. He makes sure all the services are done - they are always on time. A couple of times I've needed immediate service before a road trip - Dennis finds the time to take care of me. I've had other brands - the brand can be good but if the service isn't top notch - it makes a difference in how you feel about your truck. My Tahoe and Victory Service are the BEST.

The worst experience of my life today. My first visit and my last. I wish I could give this Dealership "Zero Stars". I went in to buy a 2017 Cadillac XT5 and left without the car even though my Income a month was more than enough. My salesperson Gregory Healey turned out to be..awful and smug. I met a very professional and respectful gentleman by the name of Terry Lee McCarter. He was very thoughtful and helpful to my needs and concerns about purchasing a Cadillac. Because of his kindness and understanding, I will more than likely purchase the Cadillac from this dealership. Unlike the slow lack of respect and response from a sales person at Enterprise. I definitely recommend anyone considering purchasing a new or used vehicle speak with this person

Complete dissatisfied with service department! Did not complete work as requested, was told vehicle servicing was done, came to pick up vehicle and found only 3 small items were addressed! Also used vehicle was advertised with floor mats, and the vehicle had none! I requested and was documented at time of purchase that they would also give me a detailing, all I had to do was make an appointment to have done.... this is because the vehicle purchased was dirty inside and out when purchased! This was not done! When brought in later for detailing, I was told it was ready to pick up... to my disappointment, upon picking up the vehicle... the detailing was not done.. not inside or out! Was told after picking it up, after they had it an entire day... that the service department had a disconnect with the detailing department! Asked to have GM give me a call, and again to my disappointment was never contacted by GM... only got a call from Service Dept. Manager. I again requested a call from GM, it is now 4 days later, and still no return call!

My power steering fluid leak repair and seat relea...

My power steering fluid leak repair and seat release latch replacement was scheduled for 1 day. I dropped my car at Victory in the morning and it was there all day. In the afternoon the service writer called and told me that no work had been done on my car and that he didn't know why and didn't have an explanation for me. I rescheduled the repair and continued to drive the car for approx. one week because I had family visiting from out of state and needed transportation. The service manager picked my car up this time and the repair was not going to be finished in one day so the manager brought me a rental car (a base model Cruze which was not satisfactory). The repair was not finished in two days and Victory needed to keep my car over the weekend so they switched the Cruze for a base Malibu. After one week of having my car the manager informed me that the part to repair the seat release was incorrect and they had to order another part. So, in total I didn't have my car for 10 days for a repair that I was told would take 1 day. I am highly dissatisfied with this experience.
