Canarino Nissan has provided me with exceptional service on a number of different occasions~ I bought a used Nissan Frontier and had questions about replacement products- they were efficient at finding answers and quoted affordable prices. On another occasion, they were able to provide me with guidance and support about a car/leasing issue that was purchased elsewhere. Will definitely be purchasing another Nissan at this dealership. This team goes the extra mile!

Great staff and service. Had a wheel bearing fail on my vacation trip to North Bay. They were able to replace the same day without an appointment and get me on my way. The work was done under warranty so I can't comment on repair costs. All in all a great experience despite the circumstances.

Great car buying experience after a very poor experience with another local dealership. Dealt with Blake P. He was very professional and willing to explore all options to give us the best deal possible. Everything went very seamless and we had our new vehicle within a day. Will definitely consider this dealership again in the future and will recommend to others.

Bought my vehicle from Blake and am very satisfied! I had a certain budget and was not willing to go over. Blake worked with me and didn't try to oversell anything. He knew what I was looking for and I ended up with the perfect vehicle within my budget! Will be a returning customer in future. Also met a sales lady named Jenn when waiting and she was so friendly and welcoming each time I went into the dealership. Would also recommend working with her as she was always smiling and happy to help.

Took my Altima in for its first oil change and as...

Took my Altima in for its first oil change and asked them to check thee alignment, as it was creeping to the left.
Waited 2 hours and was told my car was ready.
Only changed the oil and put it on a hoist to check for front end suspension damage.
No damage, no alignment problem!!!!

Didn't even take it for a test drive..
Service counter guy refused to rake further action without the manger's approval
Had to wait another two hours for the manager to show up and had to threaten hum with litigation,
Finally, they sent it across the street to have thee alignment corrected.

Disgusting!!

Terrible customer service and terrible product..2015 Juke transmission number 3 and want 4000$ for 2 year extension warranty plus vehicle inspection with all repairs to be done at my expense . Offered 5000$ on trade in with 90k on odometer. I will NEVER deal with Nissan in any capacity..buyers beware

Do not go by hours posted online for store hours. Drove 2 hours last weekend to get to the dealership thinking they re open and door clearly says closed Saturday. Extremely inconvenient and waste of time and money.
