Generally, the experience was fine. I took my truck in for servicing and it was serviced. I brought a coupon in which was not applied until I noticed that the bill was higher than expected. It was than applied. I was also told that I would be given a "multi-point" inspection as part of the service (although I had coupon for that, also). I realized, after I had picked up the truck, that I was given no feedback on the "inspection". I assumed, therefore, that everything was fine. I believe even good feedback on the inspection would have been appropriate.
