After waiting days for a spare set of keys that they said they would cut, I decided to head down and see what the hold up was. They gave me the run around for over an hour just trying to get a spare key cut. They said they would cut me a spare over the phone and gave me a quote. When I got there in person, they absolutely refused saying it was against federal law to make a spare key and even then, they wouldn't cut it. They would charge me for a blank key and tell me to go to a locksmith.... Yet over the phone they gave quotes and said that it wouldn't be an issue at all. Someone needs to give this place direction and teach them some customer service.
