I've been with TransIP for about 3 years and I've never run into any problems. Especially their service is really great, because they usually respond quite quickly and are very helpful. The control panel is also very user-friendly. So I am very satisfied!
I have had a very good experience with TransIP for (15) years. Started with colocation and switched to this with the introduction of the VPS platform. You will always be helped quickly and professionally. Domain names and VPSs are actively delivered within 5 minutes. The service desk also responds quickly and offers a helping hand when needed. Writing this review because of a(nother) positive experience with the customer service of this company. Every time you ask a question, you get an answer.. usually within an half an hour. The people answering know what they are talking about, friendly, and never shy to offer more service than which you were asking for.
Next to that, all technical issues are clearly communicated so I feel taken seriously as a customer, or even more.. as a client. For a company that has grown this size in the time I grew up, it still takes all customers seriously. I can appreciate that a lot, thus this review.
I wont name the employee that triggered this review, but I want to be known, that it's not just him, but also all the ones that came before him in this company.
Very bad customer service, after a upgrade we couldn't access the centos console and we couldn't get any help without paying a thirth company to have a managed vps.
To date always very enthusiastic. Only the STACK service for business use is strongly discouraged. Partly because the service due to malfunction or problems is downright BAD.
Good tight service with a reliable network and what the negative reviews are all about situations where the customer is up to it and just looking at normal things that a company that has safety in mind would do so I would not pay too much attention to it spend
As a self-employed person I have been with TransIP for four years and they have not disappointed me for a day. By now I even switched to my own server at Transip. Even with that, they still want to support me with every question until it is completely resolved as desired. Lightning fast server but even faster support. More than five stars would be justified.
Top service! I switched from Dropbox to Stack a long time ago and I have not regretted a day. Super fast and friendly service and always works! Highly recommended if you are looking for a better cloud than Dropbox, Google Drive or OneDrive!
Customer service department can only be reached via e-mail, unilateral contracts and many viruses. You only get a standard for typed mail back that was incorrect. When I pointed this out to them, I got the following from an employee: Apologies, I was too quick in my conclusion.

Very poor service, rarely experienced anything like that. Due to a mistake internally we came up with a too large stack package (20 times more expensive than we had), downgrading was not possible and a worthless service afterwards. Also the interface is really out of date and falls short. Will never come back here and can discourage anyone.
You can not reach them by telephone in any way, even if you read through the entire online support. Feels very unreliable! You can not speak to a PERSON anywhere. Tried through the fault line and asked if I could be connected. I was cut very bluntly. You can send an email and wait to see what is done with it. In the meantime, your site is flat and you can not log in because your SMS verification is not working. Very customer-unfriendly, while they are absolutely not the cheapest.
I have a domain here. I have email services here and cloud storage, unfortunately I missed features such as agenda and online editing of documents, so I switched to the G suite for email and cloud services.
Furthermore, transip is fast with support and they are good prices.
I use different products from TransIP (website, domain names, Stack, etc.) and I am very satisfied with it. As with any product / service, there are sometimes questions, but the response to questions / messages from the control panel always follows very quickly. Your question will also be well read and really answered / solved. Therefore, in my opinion, the products in combination with the TransIP service is the real product that TransIP delivers.

After having e-mailed several times to a web design agency that uses its services at Trans-IP and where I did not receive a reply during a malfunction of my website on Sunday, I sent a very brutal e-mail to Trans-IP to ask what they are doing here could mean. They even answered on a very short term on Sunday and gave me the opportunity to email the company in question. After this the malfunction was quickly resolved. So even though I am not a customer of Trans-IP directly, they have supported and helped me very well and professionally.
I switched to Strato because their prices are lower anyway. But I only noticed how very fast and helpful TranIP's customer service is when I was not immediately helped by Strato. I am now back at TransIP, realizing that 8 euros for a website is a pittance for the user-friendliness they offer.
Excellent provider! At the time I switched because of Stack, but now my domain names have also been transferred there and to my complete satisfaction. Very fast and helpful help desk, easy control panel for making changes to registered domains and of course .... Stack! In short, highly recommended!
I'm very happy with TransIP. I've been using them for hosting a VPS and now also using their STACK storage. Their support team is friendly and quick to respond. Generally also very willing to think about what they can do this little thing extra.
Excellent service. My STACK program did not work and after e-mailing back and forth it works. It turned out to be a settings problem in the STACK program with regard to the network. What I appreciated so much was the immediate response every time I mailed something to the service desk. Absolutely worth 5 stars.
After I had access to a sea of space yesterday to store my data online and have it at hand everywhere, I had a problem this morning getting the app up on my macbook. I asked the help desk a short question via the 'ticket system' at 14.36 and received the answer at 14.38. Issue solved (and ... it was up to me ;-)). Super fast and well resolved. To date, my expectations exceeded.
Chosen for their Cloud service Stack. Canceled the same day, what a worthless product. You have to be an IT person to get it working and you also have to deal with a completely unclear interface, apps that crash for both iOS and Android. And did I mention that there is simply NO customer service. You can email until you weigh an ounce, nobody responds or else hours later. Their claim to respond within 60 minutes is an outright lie. Just go back to iCloud again. At least that works and that the servers are not in NL I have to take for granted. Going into the sea with TransIP / Stack is once but never again.
After a few days of purging myself and not getting any further, I contacted the Transip bv help desk via a contact form. This was answered super fast, which was very pleasant. This is generally less easy at other companies, Top! Explained my problems as well as possible and after emailing back and forth a lot further, so that I can optimally enjoy my Stack storage again. Thank you for this fast, excellent service !! Greeting from a satisfied customer.
I use Stack (2TB) for a second backup. Does what it has to do, especially for that price. Support promises to answer within the hour, which is perfectly done with the necessary expert explanation. Top.
Very annoying that TransIP cannot be called. If you want something new from them, they respond quickly, if you get stuck, they are not at home. Managing the world from behind your screen doesn't exist.
Good service and great as a storage solution. They replied very quick to my questions with a solution and were very friendly. I had 2 problems on an Android device, the instand upload did not work for a while and on the ipad I could no longer open the app. Felix responded within half an hour on Sunday and helped me quickly and expertly! Very satisfied, thanks!
I had problems with the photo app from TransIP. Report made. They picked that up well. My photos were blurry and small on TransIP. After some searching of the employee it turned out that I myself had done something wrong. You don't find out yourself, I think. My compliments for the support and especially the speed with which questions and problems are dealt with. Within about 2 weeks they had done the job. Apple can learn something from that. A problem there cost me more than 2 months. I am very satisfied with STACK. Super!
After years of working well with TransIP, we are now completely done with it. We have not been in our portal for 2 months.
Various tickets have been created but we still cannot get in, the new domain names have been requested from Argeweb, they can be reached quickly by phone!
We hope that TransIP does something about this negation, because this is not effective for a company.

TransIP hosts my website for Mitss Webdesign, one of the best hosters in my opinion. Speed, ease of use and support is fantastic. That seems to me the points that are relevant for a hosting party.
Top Hosting, Fast contact, never offline, We do all hosting at TransIP from our customers and have never had a counter-strike. The employees know enough about CMS that we work with, for example, and can sometimes help us on our way!
Great company, here already have different services (A few servers, stack and email only hosting)! Only the price of VPS may really be a lot lower, you also have to buy a Windows license of 7.50 per month. The price of Stack is just right!
I have been a TransIP customer for 7 years. Despite the fact that I have an unmanaged VPS running, the help desk is never too bad to take me quickly and to the point. Recently I also have STACK. I experienced some problems with an sftp connection, namely very slow. It appears that that interface is still in a beta stage. With the SFTP CLI, I am certainly enjoying myself. Now hope they can complete the beta phase and achieve a maximum upload speed.
My previous experience with the TransIP service desk was confirmed again. They are super-fast, very friendly and very adequate. My problem was solved within half an hour. What does a searching customer want more?
Had a problem with local stack folder which was changed after files were transferred to new laptop. The sync folder name no longer corresponded to the current folder name and by removing the sync link and creating the correct folder again, the sync process proceeds correctly. As a software developer you sometimes do something that you are not completely familiar with. You decide to visit the darker hollows and dens of a server. You just have to cross the threshold, because deliveries have to be made. With some preparation you take it, but as you do so the threshold grows in proportion to your bewilderment. Suddenly you are busy overcoming an incomprehensible hurdle. It was nowhere that you could expect this. He's suddenly there. And it is higher with every attempt.

Web hosting orders and pays went well for a while. Suddenly without consultation or giving information can no longer come to the surfer to read orders or to load products. They just stopped using FTP for a while. had contact (very impersonal, everything via a chat) I had more or less a week to switch to another webshop program, and in the meantime the "gate" would be open again after a week and a half, the gate was closed and I could do nothing again. Then switch to a Host who does keep the door open for paying customers. Oh yes, the months that I couldn't get in or on it were billed.
I have several accounts with TransIP because I feel comfortable and satisfied with their services. When people need help they usually pick up the phone conventionally and call (+ being put on hold) but once they get used to the fast-response email service like TransIP has, it's easy peasy, and you also have the track record. Keep up the good work, TransIP team!
Terrible commercial company. Pay special attention to the small letters and beware of automatic payments .. Unfriendly helpdesk and no feeling. All they want is their money and they don't care about the rest.

The Transip helpdesk works perfectly. You always receive help within an hour (usually much faster). And it is not given up until everything is in order. Class!

I have now been introduced to Transip's services for a while and am very satisfied with the speed with which we react, the content-based solutions and customer-friendliness. Keep it up in the new year !!
First offer free stacks and six months later it is no longer free and you can pay. Prepared plan to attract customers. You don't treat people like that.
