Do not go to TRANSIP.

Customer service department can only be reached via e-mail, unilateral contracts and many viruses. You only get a standard for typed mail back that was incorrect. When I pointed this out to them, I got the following from an employee: Apologies, I was too quick in my conclusion.

Totally not customer friendly. It is a shame that after two years I have to look for a new server.
