Will do this in english because it can reach more people :)

Dutch citizen, and as such proud (and feel safer) to have my data stored on a server in the Netherlands.

Writing this review because of a(nother) positive experience with the customer service of this company. Every time you ask a question, you get an answer.. usually within an half an hour. The people answering know what they are talking about, friendly, and never shy to offer more service than which you were asking for.

Next to that, all technical issues are clearly communicated so I feel taken seriously as a customer, or even more.. as a client. For a company that has grown this size in the time I grew up, it still takes all customers seriously. I can appreciate that a lot, thus this review.

I wont name the employee that triggered this review, but I want to be known, that it's not just him, but also all the ones that came before him in this company.
