After I had access to a sea of space yesterday to ...

After I had access to a sea of space yesterday to store my data online and have it at hand everywhere, I had a problem this morning getting the app up on my macbook.
I asked the help desk a short question via the 'ticket system' at 14.36 and received the answer at 14.38. Issue solved (and ... it was up to me ;-)). Super fast and well resolved. To date, my expectations exceeded.
