Group JB Martin Review

I don't know how people make it at this company for so long. My experience? Hey you got a job after your 30, 60, & 90-day Day reviews you'll be up to $11 an hour at your position. 5 months later I'm at like $10.49 an hour. So I'm like hey where's my other $0.51? And they're like oh I'm sorry your position only tops out at $10.49 an hour. Plus this place has a weird dungeon/ musky feel to it. And roaches everywhere. Working here was not a positive point in my life. People hide and sleep at night. Some people even fall asleep sitting on the machines.. but I did make a good friend there. So it wasn't all terrible...
