Terrible customer service. We had several problems...

Terrible customer service. We had several problems with our account and they always refer to the web portal, instead of trying to help you. If the information in the portal is incorrect (in our case it was) it is impossible to change it. It has been more than two years and we still experience problems with invoices, account names, etc. We also use other providers for our domains and they are way more customer oriented than Transip. I would not choose Transip. In fact, I will remove all remaining services with them.

As a new user, very satisfied with the helpdesk. It is striking that my problems may not be unique: upload does not work with EDGE, WebDAV has download (file vol.) Restriction (easy to solve) which is especially difficult with video file downloads. Should actually be in "Welcome to STACK". Everything was solved quickly, so do not complain!

I switched to My Domain, and I like that much better and cheaper!

In August 2017 I discovered TransIP. Never heard of it before. So just go out and explore. It all looked very good. My interest was awakened and I received my account after request. I have not regretted that for a moment to this day. Why not? Well, by the end of last year - my life was pretty busy - I made a blunder. I made access to the heart of the cloud - the control system - impossible because I mistakenly removed the two factor authentication from my authenticator app. I no longer came in, whatever I tried. Then I really noticed how well that TransIP secured your storage and access. I finally had to give up and call on the support team. Then I only noticed what a perfect support holds. I had never received that guidance elsewhere before. And certainly not so quickly. I am really impressed by what the TransIP team can do for you. After that fantastic support, I immediately upgraded.
Nevertheless, the cloud of TransIP - the stack storage - was already very fast, but that is now twice as fast. And the app on ihone and ipadpro work incredibly fast and error-free. Just a pleasure to pick up a bit on the way. Files or photos, that does not matter. The possibilities that TransIP offers in addition to the cloud storage are just as impressive. I'm very happy with it.

Faults and maintenance are always neatly reported. Just add a server, an extra IP address, or a DNS change. all done this way. We have been a customer with our own VPS for years and hope to remain a customer for years to come.

Terrible business. Extended tacitly for a much more expensive price. You will not get rid of it anymore and they will continue to spam you with invoices and debit your bank account, even though I have moved all domain names away. Stay away from this tent!

Service desk was VERY helpful and quick to solve a problem i had myself caused by accident. Have not had any other problems with data storage or hosting up to now (customer for a few years) and as i said i had caused the problem myself.
