It looks old outside but it is brand new inside. Breakfast is great and all the service too. The rooms are great and the location too. I recommended for sure

We were quite disappointed with the hotel when we arrived. There were stains on the pillow, the room looks quite different to the pictures online.

The primary draw of the hotel is the location, difficult to beat in Amsterdam: close enough to tourist attractions and entertainment options, but quietly tucked away. The service is generally pleasant. The biggest drawback is the use of the term "suite:" the rooms are large indeed, but they are just that: rooms. The only separation between the bed area and the living area is a transparent curtain. This may not matter to many travelers, but if you are looking for a proper one-bedroom suite, this is not it. I may have missed this information when booking, but I did not feel it was clearly stated. In any event, the hotel is nice, and the value not outrageous.

This place is outstanding! Luxury suites (literally, lol). The staff is amazing and makes you feel welcomed and taken care of - starting from the top notch breakfast to their awesome and very helpful concierge. Great central location, yet very nice and quiet neighborhood, tucked away from the touristy chaos.

Very attentive staff, excellent location and amazing customer service. This hotel definitely understand that you are expecting great customer service if you are paying for a 5 star hotel. They are great! Rooms are clean and comfortable, great views and location.

I stay in a lot of 5 star hotels and this place surpasses most of them. Amazing staff, food and the rooms are just beautiful. Totally recommend this place, well done to the team for making it special.

A very beautiful and luxurious hotel and high class service

Stayed at Luxury Suites for a night with my girlfriend during my spring break. I have to say this is really a wonderful place to stay and it exceeded my already high expectations. I feel that I generally receive lesser service in most establishments due to being young and a college student, but this was far from the case with Luxury Suites. Staff was very friendly and offered a complimentary beverage upon arrival before giving us a tour of our suite. The room was beautiful. Good experience.

We enjoyed our stay here. The place is spacious, quiet and very nice big bathroom. Really good bathrobes and toiletries. Good location. My only complaint they didn't have good quality pillows .I'm typically not writing reviews about staff but Lionel was very nice, professional, knowledgeable, helpful and very friendly.

Has everything you want ... staff is most accommodating... and I got the cutest little patio with my room ... which was beautifully appointed and well stocked

It is located in Nakasu, about 20 minutes walk from Amsterdam Central Station. It is confusing to a house and it is a little hard to understand. Because it is a little away from downtown, it is quiet. The suite is somehow behind the ground floor, the balcony is walled and has no prospects, there is a kitchen and no bathtub.

Excellent canal-facing location. Staff is extremely friendly and helpful. While we were only passing through Amsterdam for a night, it was nice to stay in oversized accommodations - king size bed, walk-in shower, large LED TV.

It is divine! The very spacious rooms !! Highly recommended!!

I call this hotel as a high-grade hotels in Amsterdam, because it is not Chinese name. A rare and beautiful high-quality boutique hotel. Located downtown face famous canal, I heard that each room is more than 130 meters. Since not much room, so the service is particularly intimate. I stayed two nights, very comfortable and convenient.

Staff was great & the breakfast was really good. Rooms were well cleaned and classy. Only some minor things that were bad like the lightning in the bathroom was bad for putting on makeup. We also missed some simple towel hooks by the bathroom sink.

The location of the hotel is perfect. Really close to the city center where everything is happening, but just far enough away to not have drunken tourists right outside of the lobby.

Would gladly stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay at Luxury Suites Amsterdam. The view was fabulous on the canal side and room size was very large. Breakfast was excellent too. My wife and I received a 90 minute in-room couples massage. We both thought it was the best massage we ve ever had.

No doubt this hotel has amazing rooms and is located in a great area. HUGE bathroom as well. Really the only complaint was our room smelled like smoke both of the 2 nights. I complained 3 times to staff, but not much happened as I'm guessing they couldn't find the cause. We'll unfortunately this kept my wife and I up at night, so can't go all the way to 5 stars for this one. Likely this won't be a problem during your stay, so 5 stars if you're looking for a hotel in AMS.

Yes. Large rooms that combine a flat's usefulness (hob, utensils, etc) with a hotel room's luxury. Minibar is filled up with a variety of sugar drinks and sweets, so you know.

Service was amazing. I've been to this city 9-10 times and normally you can not find any service in Holland at all. This was an exception. These guys really serve. And with a smile.

The only minus was a light smell of hash coming from next room, in a non-smoking building. Other than that, exceptional property for Dutch service standards.

This is a lovely place to stay within walking distance to the centre. The rooms are clean and refurbished to a high standard. I d definitely recommend this place and would return in the future

From the moment my husband and I were picked up at the airport and set foot into the hotel the staff were all warm, welcoming, fun, and professional. We were there for my husbands birthday, the hotel helped to decorate the room and Peter with the concierge helped to arrange fantastic dinners for us, he knew exactly what we would like after I describe what we were looking for. Thank you to all of the hotel staff for an amazingly fun weekend in your hotel and country! We hope to come back soon as I would highly recommend your hotel to others and our friends! The hotel is perfectly located to shopping, main city center, along with other fun things to do in Amsterdam.

Very happy with the service and very nice place to stay

Absolute gem. Will not stay anywhere else in Amsterdam. The suites are spacious, beautifully appointed, and have either a balcony or terrace depending on your selection. We were lucky to have both the balcony and terrace during our weekend stay.

There s a kitchenette in each suite that has all the equipment you could possibly require. The high ceilings makes the suite feel light and airy. For a city that is known for small spaces, this hotel is a rare treat with the sheer amount of space per suite.

The hotel staff was incredible. Concierge is extremely knowledgeable and staff members were extremely kind.

The hotel is steps away from the canal and well-located. Well worth the price.

Perfect. Close to the center and the neighborhood is quiet, the rooms are well designed and very clean. The treatment is courteous, close and direct.

Arrived on a early flight and as soon as my room was ready they had me checked in by 10am. Wonderful staff went out of the way to get the room cleaned as fast as possible, normal check in is 3pm.
The room was spotless, bathroom was huge and the view of the canal was spectacular. Perfect location for everything.
Peter the concierge was very helpful.
Overall a fantastic hotel and I will be returning.

It's truly rare these days to go into a 5 star hotel, after a red eye flight with two children, and be treated so well by a staff that clearly enjoys what they do. Both of our cranky children received toys upon arrival, I a latte, and my wife a well deserved nap within 10 min of our arrival. I cannot recommend this hotel enough for families looking to stay in Amsterdam.

Rooms are big enough to comfortably house a family of 4. Breakfast was amazing. Location is just outside the busy areas so at night time there's peace and quiet.

Had a great stay in this beautiful hotel. Location is ideal in the heart of Amsterdam, staff are friendly and helpful. In addition - not unimportant in these times - it was super clean and all guidelines regarding COVID-19 seem to be followed well (personnel wear face protection, disinfection station present and everything was neatly cleaned). I would love to come back again.

Amazing place, from the attention at front desk, to their concierge Peter (who can recommend you all must see places to go in Ams).
Suites are super cozy, acurated, and elegant. I recommend you to take suites with the canal view.
Breakfast is something different to other hotels, you have your breakfast by menu order.
They watch for every detail, working with first brands of quality, in the suite and all hotel.

A good resting place within walking distance to Dam Square along the canal.

Spent a night last weekend with my wife. We had booked a normal suite and received a free upgrade to the Royal Suite upon arrival. What a pleasure. What a space! The hospitality of the reception and employees is top. They take the time for you and explain everything. Nothing is to crazy. We have also rented bicycles. Ideal to go through the city in one day. The breakfast was great. We will definitely come back here!

This is the best hotel we ve ever stayed at in Amsterdam.

The room:
The rooms are all suites which are nicely decorated and large. They are well stocked in the bathrooms and better beautiful. My only complaint here is that there s not separate suites with multiple rooms which would ve been helpful with our children.

The food:
The breakfast here is really incredible. They go above and beyond not only on taste but also on presentation.

The staff:
Check in was easy and the staff were helpful with all of our needs.

The hotel is very excellent views of the hotel charming and beautiful canal, services and staff distinctive work strong and fast and the location and the net very cool.

Stayed for 2 nights in April 2016. Staff very friendly. Room well appointed. Location is great, it is walking distance to everything in the centre but in a quieter area. The bed was a bit too firm and we didn't sleep well in it so dropping a star because of that. Would give 4.5 stars but that isn't possible.

Just home after spending a few days in this wonderful hotel, staff are extremely friendly and helpful, and nothing is to much trouble, mini bar is well stocked, toiletry products are of the best quality, and there is always a little treat left once house keeping have been, would stay here again without a doubt

The staff was awesome. The room was great. But the location, I think is the best part. If you've never been to Amsterdam, or are planning on going again, I would highly recommend this place. The concierge helped us in getting tickets to the zoo (a must go), the Heineken factory tour, and a canal boat ride. Overall, had a wonderful time!

Absolutely the best 5 star hotel in Amsterdam in terms of services, location and exclusivity. Only 25+ rooms so staying here have feeling of going home because you get personal attention. Hugh clean rooms with modern decoration facing the canal in center of Amsterdam. A place you get more than just a hotel. I surely will come back.

Small and cozy boutique hotel with super location in the center of Amsterdam.
We always experienced good service from the staff and the hotel was clean and was very attentive to beating COVID-19.
In addition, there was incredibly nice breakfast and good drinks at the bar.
We will definitely come again.
